    "The reason you watch his films is to return to his world. To watch and listen to him tell a story, because no one is quite as good as he is."
    This is exactly it. I've watched ten of his films and am struck anew each time, so much so that I've taken to try and create my own compositions in his style.
    Thank you for this, it was excellent.

    I just found your channel, and I have to say, I hope it blows up soon. You're the first channel I've seen that feels like an honest-to-goodness successor to what Every Frame A Painting did, your focus on making every segment of these videos matter is really appreciated.

      That's way too generous but thank you! Every Frame a Painting is incredible and a definite inspiration (among other channels) but sadly irreplaceable imo (although Voir on Netflix was great!). I appreciate the kind comment
