Ok dear.. Actually you raised very good question. But, don't confuse. 1. Easton did study about China but later thinkers such as Almond and Verba criticized Easton's Approach with saying that this types of System Approach is only fit to the study of developed countries fir it is not valuable to the developing Nation s such as China or Asian and African Nation that is why Almond and Verba gave the Concept of Political Culture.
China is emerging as a Super power but scholars regarded China as developing Nation as of now.
