I noticed something with Police on DDR in the final race. If you watch him on the mini-map, he comes to a stop just before the sand trap and seems to do a SSMT. That's what launches him across the sand trap, out the temple, and straight to the finish line! I wonder if that's a strat going forward.
i think the secret to police's performance is that acceleration is like a second speed stat, so the bit bike might not actually be the best vehicle because you instead want a vehicle with good handling and bad acceleration
I'll be honest and say I'm surprised at how insanely one-sided and uncompetitive this knockout series is proving to be compared to previous ones. I thought the nature of 99,999cc would lead to much more chaos and randomness, but instead we're having basically the same top 3 every single time and the same player winning it every time. I honestly didn't expect this series to come down to 100% skill and basically 0% luck, but here we are.

I dont really get how having no item boxes is better though. If you get an item you dont want just dont use it. Otherwise you can get a good item and use it.
@@kayden2119 this is true except most items don’t have any benefit in this cc so if you accidentally use an item out of habit or pull a tc it can easily ruin your entire race
@@dagsmk A TC is actually a good thing to slow you down and help you make the turns better and plus it wouldn't even be a normal TC it would be a mega TC which still slows you down in 99,999cc.

When you hop using an outside drift vehicle, you turn a little more to the right or left than inside and that slighter angle makes a huge difference at a lot of turns
I really like the concept of 99,999cc but having Police win every time just kinda makes it boring. Here's to hoping the rest of the series gets more interesting as it goes along.
