ah! so I said "lunch" twice because I wanted to emphasize I wanted "actual food" as in a full meal (such as rice / noodles, or anything you would eat for a full meal). Because David had previously said we were going to get a "treat" which would have been something like ice cream, cake, boba, etc It's not a kind of slang, I sometimes just like to say things twice to emphasize I hope this helps!
