Max & Tul really is the only BL couple that talks about LGBTQIA+ issue this frequent! Even during pride month I they're the only ones (that I know of) posting about it on IG. Props to both of them and their management! They really use their popularity for a good cause. ❤️😭
Max and Tul are really intellectuals who uses their brain every single day and actually do actions to make a change in this world. The way they are open minded and full of empathy for others made me look up to them more. Whenever they voice out their opinions, you can really learned from it. They are good examples to their fans from the very beginning up until now.

does anyone else really appreciate that the bl in manner of death isn't the main focus of the series. its just portrayed to be normal love and not something that the series should get brownie points for. it might be just me but i think the lgbtqia+ should just be more normalized in society because there is nothing different between the love men and women share compared to the same sexes share. love is love no matter the people expressing it.

The reason why it wasnt made a big deal of, is because the story was written by a more mature fujoshi who understands the classical art of yaoi. It is not about gay men, nor is it consumed by gay men. In classical yaoi, the pairing was a fantasy pairing and not a gay pairing. They were mere figments of a mostly straight woman's imagination. Most other stories are written by young fujoshi who are school girls and that is why most of the closeted bl stories are set in school and college, badly written with very effeminate ukes and rapey semes.

Tul in so many occasions expressed support for the LGBTQI community, and even their socio-political issues in Thailand. You can tell that he knows and understands the struggles of the community they're presenting onscreen in the way that he articulates his support. It's nice.
He is not presenting the LGBT in his movies. BL movies are written by fujoshis for other fujoshis. The lgbt is completely different thing.

@@renegandezajr.569 Actually, they are in a fanservice situation. The lgbt should never be brought up because it is not part of bl. The shows get their stories from fujoshis. 80% of the fanbase is fujoshi. So I know what I am talking about. Supporting the Lgbt should not be done during bl fanservice time.

True, they have been asked and have openly supported LGBTQ+ rights as fan service, again, if you have no familiarity with the full context of the original comment, I suggest you go back to that:
1. I am not talking about the ENTIRE BL genre/industry. I am talking about Tul. Specifically him as a person, even outside the context of his work that’s BL related.
2. In reference to point 1, in multiple occasions, outside the context of any active show/s he has actively used his platform to speak about these social issues. Even going as far as protesting in one instance I can remember.
Conclusion: you have valid points, but context is lost.
@@renegandezajr.569 No the context is not lost. Talking about the lgbt during bl fanservice gives the impression that the bl industry is an lgbt industry. It is a slap on the face of the fujoshis on whose backs the industry was built. He can speak about it elsewhere, not during fanservice. It is you who is failing to understand the context. tul should make this clear before interviews especially if the question pops up too much.

I'm currently watching manner of death, and I literally fall in love with this two. I love the storyline, crime and bl mixed together is the best combination. And I really like Max and Tul, they seems to be really comfortable with each other and they are really polite, intelligent and mature. "Manner of death" with "ITSAY" are definitely my fav thai bl series
they are best friends of 6 years running straight and see each other more than their families ofc they are comfortable. this is their 4th drama as a couple. 😂
