The square rug is stunning, it’s complementing the shades perfectly and it achieves exactly what you wanted i.e making the space look even bigger.

It allows for walk around space and gives the impression of a spacious room, let’s admit that this new house isn’t as spacious as the previous one. & also it’s more functional I mean how often r they hosting dinner parties. Dining rooms can be feature rooms sometimes and this table makes the room more functional without swallowing space

The old dining table has glass and glass, which enhances the space and makes it look bigger . Please keep your timeless dining table. I do like the new one, but it makes the space look smaller. It will fit as a breakfast nook. Try putting books under the staircase to compliment the chair, for it to be a leisure/reading nook

Love the paneling. The mirror doesn't fit the aesthetic..it is giving different time periods. Maybe a nice arched one. As for the plant, I would put it next to the chair, against the stairs and maybe get a storage cabinet to fit under the stairs where you can put blankets for when it is cold and add a cute moody lamp/light there so it sets a mood. I prefer the round rug as well and maybe like a sand colour wall paint. Yho askies, I sound like a keyboard interior designer lol! I think a slightly bigger round rug would work better, because the smaller sized rug makes the space feel a bit too open, making it feel as if there are missing elements in the design. A bigger rug would just tie the space together nicely because there’s a bit of a disconnect in this space. I think a slightly bigger round rug would work better, because the smaller sized rug makes the space feel a bit too open, making it feel as if there are missing elements in the design. A bigger rug would just tie the space together nicely because there’s a bit of a disconnect in this space. That’s what I think, but all in all you have chosen nice pieces for your home, the table and chairs are stunning! 🔥😊🙈

The dining area is so gorgeous. I think it looks better without the mirror and with the bigger rug. The bigger rug ties everything in together and it is a cohesive flow from the lounge to the dining area! I haven't said this but Congratulations on the house! Congratulations on new home, new business and new campaigns. On camera the dinning area looks big. But the furniture looks small. I am in America. Look up banquette seating. They have beautiful ideas for dining rooms. It is just a suggestion to help fill the space.

Add two more chairs around the table to fill up the space nicely. Keep the round rug, but it must be slightly bigger. You have a lot of dining space and you shouldn't use too many decor items or else it will feel cluttered. The house is looking amazing already
