Do not start the water into the exhaust before starting the engine. I feel like this is an important point missed. Engine On > Water On > Water Off > Engine off
Very important to not run water with engine not running. Also add the same amount of new oil as the amount of old oil removed. One may not need to add all the oil in kit.
Nice only I would for sure add that you should also crank the engine and insert extractor into oil filter area as old oil is also located there as well. Also should change small o-ring every time.they are cheap and just a good idea.
This video should be redone the incorrect external torx socket is referenced. They suggest an e8 and on my Rx, TX 2023 and RXPX 2023. It is an e10. If you’re going out, especially to buy an E8 you will be seriously disappointed when you get home.
Hay,,, it’s not e8 for the filter housing, it’s a e10. Y’all got a pretty good video for servicing this engine, but y’all need to make a correction from the e8 to change oil filter to e10. I really don’t know how y’all missed that, but fix it. Thanks.
Does anyone know how to clear the "Maintenance Required" message on a GTX 300 with the "LARGE PANORAMIC 7.8" WIDE LCD DISPLAY" without having to use the CanDoo software? The owner's manual has instructions for clearing the message on the 4.5" and 7.6" Digital Displays but not the 7.8" Wide LCD Display. I've searched the internet high and low and haven't been able to find out how to do it without the computer connection.
A perfect, concise video from the manufacture. Gotta love it, thanks so much.

Great video, will be sure to follow this on my 22 GTX 230

Thanks for sharing us the video. I would like to know how many ounces is the smallest oil bottle that comes in the oil change kit box? Thank you!
Can you explain about applying grease mating surface if riding in salt water?
Hey there,
Make sure to consult your owners manual, or reach out to your local dealership for further guidance specific to you unit
what about the 1500 HO ACE engine? how far does the extraction hose go?
You have to warm up the motor to change the oil?
how do you reset the maintenance counter??
Can you change the oil with the ski in water? I am on an island with no trailer and my lift is not perfectly level.
Hi, does the oil filter have to go in a certain way? Or is it interchangeable as one side has numbers and one does not.
Thanks
So if using pil change kit I don't need to check level just add all 3.5L?

I don't have the actual torx sockets but I have the multispline which does torx, square, regular, and it was 8mm
Mine was 10 @@MACK3RW
The 325 uses E10.

Is there a gap In between the top of the oil filter housing and cap I can see a little bit of the red o ring ?
Hey Anthony,
Make sure to consult your owners manual. Your dealership will also be able to assist you with any additional guidance
Yes it's like that from factory and after
How much are the kits he presented?
When putting the dipstick back in is it supposed to click back in. I feel like the dipstick is not clicking in, so I feel like it’s not secure
Hey Tim,
For further guidance, you can reach out to a local dealership. They'll be able to walk you through any issues you are encountering.
@@Seadoo ..that's a flakey response..are you AI..or human..hmmmm😮
What size hose are you using that goes into the engine
Did you ever find out what diameter was the hose
Dosnt it hurt the motor to remove oil and turn the seadoo over sounds like it would
Hey there,
It's important to follow the directions carefully and consult your owner manual and or local dealership for further guidance
Just answer the question 😂
When you say repeat 2 times, you mean do it 2 times total or 3 times ?
Hey Kristian,
Repeat twice/two times
@@Seadoo Thanks, I think I followed this too well and removed more oil than came in the kit 🥲 had to get more and top off
Glad you were able to follow along
So your not taking all of the oil out? Right
@@nickyabreu8123 I tried to, I got pretty much all of it, about 4 or 4.2 L
