Things I learned from this.... A. First, I got an alternative view which I think I didn't have before watching this video and now I am thinking of it's application in my own entrepreneurship project. B. Although I knew that we have to think outside of box , your example helped me put more focus on this point. I am sure this will help me in the long run. C. I gained new energy as I feel my being successfully starting my own business has become more feasible. I feel like putting in more hard and smart work into it. D. I believe Dan can benefit if he decides to partner me in 3 years in my startup :)
Been in business a while. Can't imagine any supplier just whipping you a check for $25k on the promise of future purchasing. Much more likely they might give you a discount on future volume orders.

What I learned from this video are two things 1. There are multiple ways to get capital for a new project or investment. 2. Who benefits from your success. People and companies are willing to invest into ideas if they directly benefit. I noticed you did not give Matt the money because you did not directly benefit long term from the deal, instead you pointed him to the people who would most likely invest in him and the second shop because they would benefit long term. I am sure there are other points to be taken but those are two I feel are most important.
Hope you read this!. For my opinions. I will loan bank for the project. (in real life is very hard to ask for $2,500 but it's very nice deal that you share. Instead i will ask for if i double supply can you give me a discount! [much more less money to use in longrun]) Then i will ask the old dude like you did. Can we work it out in the good deal $60,000 payment and give me more time to pay you while i make it work for money. Or ask him if he want passive income how about a 10% profit instead of paying $60,000 (because he old he will want it real bad he might give you a good deal.) And if the deal go on peacefully. I will hire 2 people to practice and run business for me. And give them like 20% profit for the salary. So they will active and do anything to get more money right? That way you don't even need to use all your time in this business anymore. Make it passive. This is my perspective if i did something wrong [correct me Pls!] and thank you so much for this lesson and all the vids. I just met this channel and i watching all your vids now [obsessing haha~]. How about you challenge your pupils that when they success give help to three more peoples in need insteads of return the favor to you. Yea the mode is explained in a perfect condition , and any business will be running with risks. If something happened and you can’t pay off all the money you borrow. When you do business alway be ready for the worse case .

Love the creativity that you show in this video, that’s why I shared on my Linked’in page and got positive feedback from it. As I continued watching your video’s, I was a bit skeptical because I have come across some people (coworkers) with a great sales pitch but who failed to deliver value. Fortunately this experience allows to see beyond the sales pitch and reach for value and with you wow … when you look beyond the fancy suit, you definitely keep it real. The things you say about value, structuring the wealth paradigm, investing, sales, … As an accountant by trade and an investor by passion, I’m a numbers guy and let the money, investment or system create new money but when you prepare your investment file to raise money, that’s a sale… The most important topic in my opinion, is the thing you say about confidence. We all have dreams and goals we want to accomplish and with the dawn of the internet, no one lacks knowledge. So in my opinion most lack the guts … nobody will say that he or she lacked confidence, until he or she gets a confidence booster and realizes his or her first big dream and soldiers on to the next project.
