    Possible causes: Trauma? Stress? Nutritional deficiencies, mouth breathing

    I noticed that we're struggling with some words because the two front teeth got chipped off during a nasty fall. The dentists said we just wait till the permanent front teeth come... That gap is presenting a small challenge though we're really trying to overcome.

      The missing teeth should really not present a challenge as the sounds that may be affected are s, z and th. My 6 year old has lost his top baby teeth and though slightly different, his pronunciation hasn't been affected much.

    I have a four year old son initially he was speaking fluently as he has got expose to multiple languages he is facing difficulty in pronouncing the words so exposing to different language cause the issue in pronunciation?
