You right on point bout sharing the ball. Its the best way for any team to win. But in this particular game, there were some "issues" with us older guys that limited what we could do on offense. We basically told Cory we were goin to put the team on his back and luckily we eeked out those last 2 points cause 3rd game woulda been bad news for us. He prolly won't admit it but Cory was runnin outta gas! haha! Thanks for the support, we don't get much love outside our close friends and fam!

My guys wont be playing anymore. We gave it up after the SacNY but I'm sure I can still get some guys up here to scrimmage against your team. 7/3 might be a bad day as most guys will just want to relax and enjoy a beer but it should still be fun.
Time for both these two teams to come to Cali...travel..see different places, players and team...Cali is more diverse in terms of race, ethnicity and size...we got LA Southern Cali , Bay Area and central Cali and northern Cali ..we welcome all race, size and talent level

There is no hate on that...Midwest Express did what they had to do to win the game...We (Team Wisconsin) came up on the short end. Cory has brought back some of the hype back to HVB. Of course we need him. In case you didn't realize most of us are waaaay past our prime and we're fine with being just role players. So whatever you say... it don't really bother us none as long as we keep on winning. To be honest the Volleyball scenes at the tourneys aren't as HYPE as it once was.Only 3-4 teams exist as an actual VB team today. Corey is good, but came into the wrong era. Most extreme players or teams have already retired or moved on..

I have much respect for you guys regardless of win or lost because I know it takes a lot of time, money and time off work to come out west. I know plane tickets cost, hotel and food. Much respect to your team because you guys are the only team that puts your money in and gambles to come compete in Cali. I've experienced HVB for over half my life, thats 15+ years and unfortunately that attitude never changes... We need to accept the challenges in front of us and stop making the excuses of, he jumps higher, he's taller, oh its cus he's white, black, non-Hmong.

I know a Thai guy from Thailand who is 6.3-6.4..jumps real high..very athletic..hit hard and quick snap...same body type as Taj but better than Taj ...lives in San Francisco...if ME comes to cali...we can probably get the thai guy to play for a one time show..be good match with cory...thai guy..steven..Patrick and the rest of the team cali guys..
team wisconsin sshould of just kept kong chang out in the field n n have the old tall dude set instead of the short guy. .he kind of suck n lost a lot of point for them trying to run quick but but couldn't set...n the white guy should of sat out. he couodnt do much in this game. n should of fed kevin n lao n kong chang more...towards the end whem kevin got out..should of put a better middle hitting like kong not thaf little noob new era guy who neted

Instead of thinking like you do you should analyze the bigger picture. ABII was tall but they were skilled players too. Being tall gives you an advantage but it doesn't make you any better. ie. KO beat us numerous times, they don't have tall players. They beat ABII also. They don't make excuses, after a lose, I'm sure they go back and strategize and practice harder. Bottom line.... stop making excuses.

FYI, Cory has lots of experience with other leagues. Trust me, find another black guy, with the same physique, height, hops etc., I guarantee he will be nothing compare to Cory. I see a plenty of 6ft + hmong guys who are athletic, they just don't play vball, hahaha! BUT you have to look at where HVB has come from til now. There is a back row line now and actual position playing! Plus rally scoring too lol. Go big or go home :P
