- Travelled south 3 hours to a wee spot located in the BAY OF ISLANDS. Awesome spot, no people at this time of year and a great vibe! Unfortunately the fishing and slow but we had a great time with lots of fun. Tune in for PART 2!

Always start the cook in olive oil and finish with butter. Otherwise the butter burns before the fish is cooked. Alternatively if you add olive oil to the butter as it has a higher melting point it will also slow the butter from burning.

Good video boys, when you buy a new dive mask they have a protective layer on the glass from the factory that fogs up easy so you should heat the inside of the glass with a cigarette lighter before it’s first use and spit in it every time you go diving
