We put on own our very talkative schgnauzer/russell mix and it stopped barking immediately, freezing with a "what's that?" first day success. Put it on one more time after barking again (and this dog barks all night at the wind, etc.), then after that, we just showed him the collar, and he would stop, stare and not bark. Sold the collar after a month. He barks when someone comes to the door, but since it isn't excessive, seems normal, we are happy.
Okay I just got this bark collar and it works BUT when my furbaby runs he gets shocked can someone please tell me it' is fixed an fits him good but what do I do on making it stop?
We have 2 collars and they both worked great until we had to replace the batteries and now the don't seem to work as well. Is there a brand of batteries that work better in the collars? or is there a reset that needs to be done when replacing the batteries?
I had a similar problem until I realized the icon printed on the device indicates to load the batteries negative side up, which is incorrect.
How do I know when is off and when is on both ways it beeps ones and flashes few time
Thank you for your great question. This bark collar does not have an explicit on/off feature. So long as the batteries are inserted, it is powered on. To power off the bark collar, simply remove the batteries.

Both colors that I received shredded all the way down to the device. This happened within 24 hours. I use the lighter but it frayed further down. I didn't realize I need to run the lighter more than 3 inches down. I was wondering is there a way to put a new collar on that?
It's a dud if your dog is bigger then 40lbs it won't bother him plus no joke my dog figured the collor out he stops barking for like 5 seconds and resets the collor then brakes again.

In my city a barking dog is a huge fine. If it continues, they can take your dog.
