How to heal using the Qur'an - Reciter Othman Al-Ansary

Advice on how to get healing from the quran:
Blow with dry spit 3 times and say bismillahir rahmanir rahim each time you blow and blow within 2 minutes and recite each verse (not surah, so blow spit after each full stop or sentence) and then blow.
Step 1: Recite Surah Fatiha. (Blow spit after each verse i.e full stop)
Step 2: Recite Surah Falaq & Surah Naas. (Blow spit after each verse i.e full stop)
Step 3: Recite Ayatul Kursi. (This is one verse but has rules on how to recite it so blow spit after each full stop of this verse, insha'Allah this is the most effective way to gain shifa, healing).
After having recited any surah of your choice or verse, spit 3 times on your hands and rub on your head, face, and on your clothes.
Keep repeating this method and you will get shifa fully insha'Allah.
This life is a test, that's why we are not healed instantly. Insha'Allah (If Allah wills).

Helpful hadith of our Prophet Muhammad PBUH:
Narrated `Aisha:
During the Prophet's fatal illness, he used to recite the Mu'auwidhat (Surat An-Nas and Surat Al- Falaq) and then blow his breath over his body. When his illness was aggravated, I used to recite those two Suras and blow my breath over him and make him rub his body with his own hand for its blessings." (Ma`mar asked Az-Zuhri: How did the Prophet (ﷺ) use to blow? Az-Zuhri said: He used to blow on his hands and then passed them over his face.)
حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَنْفُثُ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فِي الْمَرَضِ الَّذِي مَاتَ فِيهِ بِالْمُعَوِّذَاتِ، فَلَمَّا ثَقُلَ كُنْتُ أَنْفِثُ عَلَيْهِ بِهِنَّ، وَأَمْسَحُ بِيَدِ نَفْسِهِ لِبَرَكَتِهَا‏.‏ فَسَأَلْتُ الزُّهْرِيَّ كَيْفَ يَنْفِثُ قَالَ كَانَ يَنْفِثُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ، ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ بِهِمَا وَجْهَهُ‏.‏

The most effective way to get shifa is at dawn (morning) at fajr time for me personally. I almost got fully healed from technical black magic but then next day it got renewed due to jinns reading spells, but I'm helping myself on this with Allah's names i.e Al Khabir, which helps to get rid of bad habits which I found out later on. Insha'Allah, Allah will make a way out as we make dua to Allah everyday.
