As i was watching I was thinking the water is teal. We loved Niagara Falls!! I shop you had a great time. I have many pre made pages I better do like you did and get a day and used them. The pile is building
So good how you showed the pre done pages and then adapted to fit actual event. Because of you I do this now. I also do all my journaling on my phone and print everything out on my Epson 400 and scrapbook as we travel (on the road almost a month). Thanks for all your inspiration. We stopped by to meet Nicole and had I known you lived so close, I would have loved to meet you.
I haven’t premade scrapbook pages yet, just some borders to keep on hand. However I do like how you made these! I would prefer making pages this way instead of digital. Thanks!
I took a class where we premade our layouts, & I still have some of those pages years later. My photos never seem to fit the mats that I put on them or I don't have room for all of the photos that I have. I always have some photos printed ahead of time so that if I have some time to scrap, I have photos. I just keep them in one of the small photo boxes. Did you get to see the Canadian side of Niagara Falls? I've been told that it is prettier than the US side.
That has occasionally happened to me but I can always find a friend to use them. We did get to the Canadian side of the falls and both were lovely. From the Canadian side there was such a beautiful view of the American side. I enjoyed it all!!!
I’m really just an eyeballer-and I know that’s no help 🙄 I just practice so much that it comes naturally to me. The new trimmer does have a sort of sight guide on the plastic holding piece that helps make mats more uniform, but it’s a bit wider than I like.
How do these prints last ?? Someone said that they will fade quickly ? Maybe this is a better option for me.. excited to learn and hear more from you... thanks
The Epson PM400 seems to make great prints and reviews state that they’ll last for generations. I have some I’ve printed and framed so they’re exposed to light and they look still great. I talked it over with Mr. Scrappin’ with Sheri today and he said it might actually be more cost effective for us because I do throw away a lot and I can make smaller sizes to get more on a page which would cut down on the number of pages I do. I’m planning to try it out with my next vacation album.
@@scrappinwithsheri Thanks Sheri.. I appreciate this information.. We have 5 children and lots to print and I hate to print photos and then not use them... Have a great day.
Those pictures work perfectly!!
I think so too! Thanks!

Yep! Premade pages are no good until you use them to make your pretty pictures look good!
I really liked the information Kim gave us about digital printing. Loved the layout.
I agree!!! Glad you liked this one!

Awww, I’m sad you were so close! Next time give me a heads up and I’ll see what I can do!!!
There is so many areas at Niagra Falls for this layout!!
I guess we just didn’t see the right areas. I’m sure there will be beautiful pages for Niagara Falls coming up 😉
@@scrappinwithsheri I am getting inspiration from your layout for our journey around Niagra by the Lake!

I just can’t get into the digital yet! I want to sometimes because of the mess, but I love my paper mess!!

What are you using for your sight line on the trimmer when you trim mats. They always look so perfect.

Which ap do you use to print? How do you edit the size to leave white on the picture?
@@brendabailey635 I use the app Print to Size and just pull my pics to the size I want to leave the white border.
I have to have photos first even with the recipes.
I understand. I was that way for a LONG time!
