I love how much you've managed to streamline your process. Other soapers: melt butters individually then combine and bring to 87.3 degrees. Add lye that has cooled to 87.6 degrees. Ophelia: measure oils and butters. Make lye. Combine.
😻😺😸The cat-shaped lid that seals the coconut cream is so cute! Of course your soap is so lovely! 💜💜💜 I think a more wonderful soap was completed because you made the blueberry color look realistic.
I have yet to make a blue soap. I just received my dragon fruit fragrance oil and that'll be pink and green for my family. I bet this smells divine!! Super good work!!
How do you keep it fluid so long? If I mix that much, it gets to trace super fast and solidifies quickly from there. What temp is the lye when you put it into your oils? Also, what is your water to lye ratio?
The lye water is over 200°f so it will melt the hard oils. My ratio is 1.7:1. I think it seems like a lot of mixing because I am mixing 25 pounds at once so I have to mix a lot more than if I was mixing a smaller batch :)
Great soap I love how the base remained pure white/cream. When I first started watching your videos I thought wow this lady has one powerful hand/arm then realised the video is sped up when dissolving the oils butters with lye solution. One question how long in real time does it take using that process for you. I tried with a smaller batch hopeless.
Okay I have to ask... which colorants did you use? Those are absolutely gorgeous and I can never find a hunter green that doesn't morph into a blue toned color.
I use micas from nurturesoap.com?aff=4 The color of your oils will have a lot to do with the outcome of your finished product. I try to use as many white oils as I can :)
I just started watching your videos and they are A-MAZING! I noticed so far from watching that you typically leave some of your batter uncolored. Is there a reason or just a personal preference?
Absolutely gorgeous! Fantastic job! Did you find that the blueberry FO turned brown or a dark tan on you? I lost 2 batches to brown! I swore off Blueberry but you may have the key to the kingdom! LOL Any advice would be much appreciated!
@@OpheliasSoapery Oh me too! I love Natures Garden FO's! That's where I purchased my Blueberry FO's but in all due fairness they were in fact Blueberry Muffin and Blueberry Cobbler. Now that I know just straight Blueberry FO won't discolor I will give it a shot! Thank you so much for getting back to me! I really appreciate you and all of your videos! Merry Christmas!
Thank you, as always a beautiful soap and video. Could you tell me please what is the brand of fragrance that you use, sorry my english :) 😀😃 congratulations, i love your work
Beautiful as always :) can I ask...are the blueberries MP or CP? I have been wanting to try some CP soap with MP embeds but I am worried they will melt from the heat of the saponification process. Thanks!
Love the large size mica containers. I see you don’t offer those on Soma. Is the source something you would share? If not, I understand. Mica is pricey, it would be nice to find bulk
@Ophelia’sSoapery would you mind sharing what color the micas were you used in the soap? I’d like to purchase from nurture soap with you link if you have one?
Love how you showed the pet food can lid! Answers the often thought questions of "That's it? What does she do with the rest of the can?" haha!
I just l9ve a good blueberry scent especially in soaps super yummy..yes i like smelling like desserts or food after a shower..im a weirdo..lol!🎶☺
You’re my absolute favorite soaper. All of your soaps are so beautiful!
Thank you so much 🥺

Beautiful color and swirl! Does the coconut cream give the soap a more bubbly lather?
I want to say yes. But I’m doing some testing with and without it as we speak. I’ll let you know 🤗
I say yes it does add to the bubbles. I use In my soaps and notice it also helps to clear up my eczema. I bet that blueberry smells amazing:)
Wonderful Design! The swirl really looks like blueberries and leaves. I love it!
looking forward to this release. But then I look forward to every release, because each one is special and amazing.
I love these, the swirl is impeccable
Your an amazing artist bless your hands and soul... it's beautiful 😇

It takes about 8 minutes to melt the hard oils :)
Lovely video as always!
I love your heat transfer method, I’m not that brave yet
Try it with a small batch you might just love it :)
This is beautiful. Please which fragrance oil did you use?
Blueberry from Natures Garden :)
Very pretty!
Very cute good luck

No this fragrance oil does not discolor :)
I like Natures Garden for fragrance oils. It shows if the fragrance will discolor :)

They are melt and pour. I cover my soaps and gel them. I was afraid they would all melt. But just a couple melted a little . :)
Muy bellos, te felicito, tienes mucho talento.

I get the containers from Amazon. The mica is from nurturesoap.com?aff=4
What container do you use the one you mixed color into and poured from?
I believe the links are in the description box :)
Can you do heat transfer with just the solid oils and then add the liquid?
Yes 😬
Did you do a water discount to add the coconut cream?
I do a steep water discount. So I don’t discount any more :)
