Is there anyone who can tell me what really they say and how is it written in Russian? Thank you!
That 'OPA' thing is "опа" in Russian. It's an interjection that expresses a surprise, something unexpected. It's like WOW, cool, but at the same time - oops, whoa. 😀

I found it difficult to read the English subtitles, too tiny .
Даааа , поняла одну истину уголовных законов . Получается все же закон дышло . А прям расплакаться можно от ценностей несчастного российского бизнесмена . Кручу с 90 лет , как хочу . Выжил потому что выживают так только бандюги . А теперь он всем работу дает аидишь ли . Одним словом У НАС В РК БАИ , А У РУССКИХ БАРИНЫ . Одни нищуют , другик жируют . А нынче всем один цифровой в чипировании конец . Если конечно ОСОЗНАННЫЕ И ВЫСОКОНРАВСТВЕННЫЕ СМОГУТ ПОМЕШАТЬ ПЛАНАМ ГЛОБАЛИСТОВ .
