    The closest Muslims ever came to AL AKSA MOSQUE in JERUSLEM, was the myth of Mohammed's night flight on a winged mule, with a human face and breasts, to Al Aksa Mosque which was not even built until a century AFTER Mohammed died.

    Excellent discussion on whether or not this inscription dates from 691 or from the Ottoman period (1600's). My question, does this script include diacritic marks that didn't exist until the 9th century? And also, are the Arabic consonants used in this 20 meter declaration match the script used in the 700 AD, 1100 AD or 1600 AD?

A Straw Man strategy certainly won't win any 'devotees' from real scholars who do the hard work of 'sifting' through the obscure 6th century manuscripts, analyze early Arabic script and grammar used to create the Quran, and 'weed' through the archeological debris to challenge century-old myths and fairy tales. The condescending and dismissive tactics employed by modern day Islamic apologists is a total 'sham' and not worth the time and energy to prepare an intelligent response.

      I don't think modern Islamic apologetics help Islam, new evidence coming to light and Muslims are becoming more educated in both secular subjects as well as the teaching of Islam outside of the quran it seems that teaching fall into categories that have no value, fantasy being sold as truth, the parts of quran that make no sense and a move to saying things are only metaphors but not even using a sensible definition of metaphor.

      @gregash7683 Год назад

      @@danielcooke9974 I agree. Their appeal to faith and passion vs scholarship and scientific research dilutes their spiritual authority and undermines their doctrinal arguments both inside and outside the Islamic community. The evidence of this impotence is NOT found in conversions to other faiths, but in the growing apostasy of its followers. Agnostic secularism is sweeping across the Islamic world. If Mohammed could not confirm his eternal destination when he died, why would any thinking, modern Muslim submit to repressive religious beliefs that do not guarantee God's love, His forgiveness, and a promised eternity in heaven?

    I think on the contrary that the dome may have been built even earlier than Al Malik, it has so many spolia used in its construction that came from Byzantine churches that the Persians had destroyed in 614, that Muawia was likely the first builder. Also I wonder why if the ottomans put up the inscription, why would they have inserted a non canonical quote from the Quran with so many differences from the standard Quran?

    • @alexandernorman5337
      @alexandernorman5337 Год назад

      But the Hafs didn't become "standard" until the 1920s. The Ottomans preceded that and had no idea that the Hafs would become a standardized quran.

      @@alexandernorman5337 yes, I see your point, but there are no Qurans in existence that match the dome from ottoman times or ever, which says to me it predates ottoman times and many even predates the Quran.

    • @alexandernorman5337
      @alexandernorman5337 Год назад

      @@migueliteux5061 But it doesn't mean that. Just because it doesn't match a quranic passage you know about doesn't mean it predates them all. It just means you can't date it from that.
      Given that so much of islamic history is not well recorded, it could have matched a quranic writing at some time. OR, it could have been modified due to artistic license - yes, artists do that. The truth is that there is no way to date it outside of (possibly) carbon dating paint samples. And that method is likely to fail too. Because in all likelihood, it has been touched up over the centuries and that newer pain contaminates the sample.
      Similarly, when CIRA talks about the Crusaders not eliminating the inscriptions, that doesn't mean they weren't there. It just means there is no record from them that they were present at the time. And we thus can't use their activities to date them.

    • @migueliteux5061
      @migueliteux5061 Год назад

      @@alexandernorman5337 thanks for the reply. I was under the impression that the inscriptions were mosaics and they are part of the decorations that surround the rock in the dome. I think archeologists can date the art in the dome by way of its style and technique in construction, and they put it in the Umayyad era. It seems like Deus has based the date of inscriptions in particular on a hypothetical deduction of what he thinks the crusaders would have done by his estimation of their Orthodoxy/intolerance. The Templars were the order that had possession of the building, they are famous for being a bit of a mystery. If I had to guess on why they left the inscriptions up, the Arabic script probably looked like decoration to most of the knights and they were probably more interested in keeping Saladin at bay than redecorating the dome :)

    • @alexandernorman5337
      @alexandernorman5337 Год назад

      @@migueliteux5061 They may be mosaics actually. I've never seen up close images. But, yes, mosaics was very popular in Eastern Mediterranean art during late antiquity through the Middle Ages. Mosaics would still require periods of repair work though in order to last through centuries. So you can't precisely date them. And there is uncertainty whether what is there now always was (did craftsmen just repair the original mosaics or did they replace with new).
      And you cannot accurately date finishing art by its architectural construction. Again, because you don't know whether that art was reworked or added in at a later date. A very famous example is the Sistine Chapel. Michelangelo's famous paintings were made 30 years after construction, replacing the original blue painted top.
      It will be interesting to learn when is the first confirmed independent source testimony for the DOR inscriptions. My guess is that CIRA cannot prove an Ottoman origin, but will show that the standard tradition has no backing either.

    The thing that makes it very obvious that Islam is not from a deity is that the Quran describes it as a religion. A real deity wouldn't describe its own precepts as a religion. For instance, Christianity as we know it is a religion but Jesus never said to do any of that stuff, other than drink wine and eat bread in his memory, everything else was just people entirely freelancing. Jesus never called his statements a religion or used the term Christianity. People will just take something that's very simple and go completely nuts with it. It's like with Judaism, it was originally just ten simple laws, next thing you know it's over 600. Why even write the ten in stone if another 600 were coming? Why call it the ten commandments instead of "the first ten of over 600 commandments"?

    Isaiah 50:6 I offered My back to those who struck Me, and My cheeks to those who tore out My beard. I did not hide My face from scorn and spittle.
    Deuteronomy 21:22 And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and you hang him on a tree:
    :23 His body will not remain all night upon the tree, but you shall in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that your land be not defiled, which the Lord your God gives you for an inheritance.
    Galatians 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us: for it is written, cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree:
    Isaiah 53:5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.
    1 Peter 2:21 For even hereunto were you called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps:
    :22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in His mouth:
    :23 Who, when He was reviled, reviled not again; when He suffered, He threatened not; but committed Himself to Him that judges righteously:
    :24 Who His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed.
    Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.
    Hosea 6:2 After two days He will revive us; On the third day He will raise us up, That we may live in His sight.
    1 Corinthians 15:4 And he was buried, and he arose on the third day, according to what is written;
    1 Peter 1:21 Who by him do believe in God, that raised Jesus up from the dead, and gave Him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.
    John 2:19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, "and in three days I will raise it up."
    :20 Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and will you rear it up in three days?
    ":21 But he spake of the temple of his body."
    :22 When therefore He was risen from the dead, His disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.
    Romans 8:11 But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead lives in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that lives in you.

    There needs to be an explanation for why inscriptions about Jesus are surrounding a rock said to be the Sakhrah of the inner sanctum of the Temple. There’s a jarring incongruity with the message of the inscriptions and the place, if it really is the site of the Temple. Having the ottomans create these inscriptions doesn’t really address this problem even if it is a fact that they are its creators.
    Psalm 125:2: “As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the Lord surrounds his people, both now and forevermore.”
    that being a theme in the psalms, I take it as certain that the Temple of Jerusalem was protected by a mountain as well. The mountain is Moriah of course, and it’s pinnacle to its north is the location of what is today is the dome of the rock. In the time of the persecutions of Antiochus IV Epiphanies there was a fortress occupied by Greek soldiers overlooking the Temple called the Acra. Acra is the Greek word found also in the word Acropolis which refers to the summit or high place. The Acra was captured and then razed to almost level with the temple by Judas Maccabees. When Herod rebuilt the Temple he had the fortress Antonia built around this rock summit which Josephus himself described in the war of the Jews. The rock in the fortress was used by Pilate in Christ’s passion as the judgment seat that St. John describes in the gospels as Gabbatha meaning elevated place and also with the Greek work lithostrotos meaning paved rock. Interestingly Josephus also described the rock as paved. This Antonia fortress was later destroyed by Titus when he took Jerusalem in 70 AD. After the Bar Kokhba revolt the emperor Hadrian had this high place converted to the pedestal for the statue of Jupiter. Just as the Jupiter in Rome was on the hight of capital hill, so this statue was on the hight of Alia Capitolina set on the rock. During Christian times this place was dedicated as the church of holy wisdom (St. Sophia) described by Byzantine pilgrims as a small basilica where Christ was judged by Pilate and even left impressions of his feet in the rock. The Persians then destroyed this church in 614 along with almost every church in Byzantine Jerusalem. I surmise that it was really Muawiya who built the dome of the rock since he had the time and opportunity, and his version of Christianity is what is found in these inscriptions. They are respectful of Christ, but deny his divinity, and they are are here at the rock because it is basically a Christian site.

    @christians you believe your Bible to be true, contrary to many western scholars. It's a raging debate. Who actually wrote the Bible. Who wrote Gospels. Was Paul lying or telling the truth? What were his motives... Why does Bible narrative follow so closely to Greek pagan Gods concepts? How Romans influenced bible, to including the lie Jesus was born Dec 25 th, when that was actually a pagan holiday for sun worship. And that's not all I am grappling with visa vie - Christanity is grappling with 40,000 denominations who have a different interpretation of the Bible, all fighting each other. Among this chaos I find solace, and refuge, straight forward narrative, no complicated, convoluted passages with dual interpretations, in Quran. It's very clear who God is what are the expectations, and even with my life experience I firmly convinced that I am on sound footing with Islam. Not only that, Quran does not contradict 10 commandments, Moses, Noahide laws, Noha, Abraham... Unlike Christanity. To believe Christianity is to accept Paul as a prophet. A murderer of early followers of Jesus. We will never accept Paul.
    It says in the Quran" to you your religion to me mine." It says that because it predicted that non muslims will have difficulty excepting Islam will be hostile to Islam. How accurate.

    OPEN SECRET
    We got conned by supremacists from either side but the primary sources tell us that Christianity=Islam and Islam=Christianity.
    So, rather than be talking about 2 religions, we should be talking about two Traditions as Paul himself put it:
    One Tradition for the Circumcised(Islam or the Authority of the Council of Jerusalem in Acts 15: 22-32) versus the Tradition for the Uncircumcised(the Council of Nicaea based on Paul's Gentilism or Filioism).
    Each one of these Traditions claiming exclusively the Pristine Apostolic Christianity.
    As always, remember that Messiah(Christ) is a Prophet(Messenger) like Moses... Deut. 18:15-19
    Greco-Roman supremacy sucks; so does Arab-Qureish supremacy !
    That said, If you want to know how the atheists' theory of "Document hypothesis" and the Protestants' "Sola Scriptura" are both the two sides of the same coin and why they are both worthless, read the article below...
    ------------------
    ISRAEL AND THE NATIONS PAGAN
    Paul(Romans 9 thru 11)
    The Qur'an in the Qur'an(Reminder) refers to the Law of Moses. If anyone couldn't figure out that the title Qur'an on the cover of the book is a fraudulent one, then it is safe to argue that, that person doesn't understand the polemical exchanges between the pagans and the believers not even the content of the Bible for that matter.
    "We have given you the 7 oft-repeated verses and the glorious Qur'an..."
    Translation:
    We have given you the Fatiha and the Law of Moses as the basis for your legislations in rejection of the Roman pagan Law, the papal sacraments, and Trinity.
    Here is another one:
    "What! If this Qur'an is from God, you believe not, but a Rabbi among the Children of Israel attests to its similitude and believe while you proudly reject it..."
    Does this look like some words from God? What was the Jewish Rabbi doing in Mekka messing with Allah's revelation? LOL...
    Or was he just comparing two translations of the same Torah, one in Hebrew and the other in Arabic?
    The dude was a Prince-Legislator, a Founding Father, and a statesman
    "If you say the name(Mohammad) find the reality it names. O cross-eyed One, if you only one in two, I see two in one." Rumi
    OPTICAL ILLUSION/FALSE REPELLENT!
    Jesus is Muhammad(the Praised-One), fools. A point was made but you guys missed it altogether due to your poor reading skills.
    But the adults and the Sufis in the room know that Muhammad is not a given or personal name but a substitute title, a euphemism for Christ(Messiah). Since Jesus is said to be that Christ(Messia), then Jesus is Muhammad.
    We make the difference between Islam and the Arab-Qureishits propaganda contained in the Hadiths, and the "Sira Rassul Allah," etc...
    That marketing gimmick was meant to capitalize on the pilgrimage to Mekka and not as historical facts. Kaabahism and its 5 pillards therefore is not Islam; it is a counterfeit of the early Islam which was close to Hebraic Christianity.
    Thus the "stone that the Mekkan builders rejected and exiled became the cornerstone..." and it is our Lord doing.
    We also know that when someone promulgates a Constitution like the Constitution of Medina, receives embassies, passes legislations, proclaims a tax Codes, raises armies, signs treaties, etc... with some neighborhood nations, etc..., that person is in a role of a Founding Father like George Washington, Emperor Constantine, Cyrus the Great, Caesar Augustus or Alexander the Great, etc... We don't take the word "Prophet" in the literal sense.
    So, If you have ever wondered why a substitute title was needed for Jesus and a name shifting scheme for the Arabian Founding Father, here you have it:
    "Your people don't want to hear about Jesus. And when His name is mentioned, lo! your people burst into clamor thereby..."
    That is why an OPTICAL ILLUSION was created:
    We(the Children of Israel) send you, O Abu Quasim, among your own people so that they may believe in our God and His Messiah/Muhammad/Christ/Al-Massih, help Him, praise Him(Muhammad=the Praised-One), sing for Him evening and morning...."
    "Remember when Jesus asked, "who will assist me in the way of God? The disciples replied: 'we shall be the helpers of God. Bear witness we are Muslims.'"
    Hear O Israel, Jesus is the Messiah, i.e. Christ.
    By the way, According to Acts 11:26 is a Christian he who believes Jesus to be the Messiah, that is to say Christ, foretold by Moses in the Torah but rejected by Israel.
    "I will send the Christ/Messiah, a Prophet/Messenger like you Moses, Him, they must listen...." Deut.18:15-19; Acts 3:22-25; Acts 7: 1-49 ; John 4:24-26, etc...
    The word CHRISTIAN was coined in Antioch of Syria and not in Athens, Rome, or Boston.
    In that sense, Muslims are Christians because for Islam Jesus is the Christ(Al-Massih) announced in the Law(Torah) and the Prophets, born of the Virgin Mary. You may as well check the Transfiguration in Matthew 17:1-13 where Jesus "oversees" a meeting between Moses the Lawgiver and someone who would ratify the same Law for the Arabs(the descendants of Ishmael). In Genesis, Abraham was promised many Princes for Ishmael.
    So the Muslims are Christians certainly not of Paul's Tradition, yet still Christians but the Americans are not...
    Every American should know, then, that If Jesus is Lord, it stands to reason that Nature's god is NOT.
    Yet, Nature's god in the Jefferson Bible and in the so-called 'Declaration Of Independence" claims just that...
    And this is the official position of the American government because Thomas Jefferson was the 3rd President of the United States and is the one who penned the so-called "declaration of independence" which became the Law of the land in the Constitution.
    Nature's god in the Jefferson Bible inspired the "Bill Of rights" and specially the First Amendment which states that every religion under nature is as valid as the next; this is why polytheism and Idol worship enjoy special protection under Natural Law which pushed out Canonical Law or Sharia Law.
    Nature's god states that Jesus did not resurrect because there is no such thing as resurrection of the dead; men die and worms take care of their bodies and that, most surely, wild dogs took care of Jesus' body.
    Nature's god claims that there is no supernatural, no miracles, no virginal birth, no revealed Law since Laws are a construct of societies and each society makes its own laws in accordance with its need.
    That the Ten Commandments were not revealed and are no better than the Law of Hammurabi.
    For Thomas Jefferson, the Apostle of Nature's god, Nature's god instituted government on earth to distribute rights without responsibility: right to liberty from morality, right to pursue happiness, happiness for all(We wonder how government will enforce happiness which is not a tangible good), and right to life...
    Paul, Jesus-Christ's Apostle to the "Pax Romana," on other hand instructed us that Government was instituted on earth by God to keep order, render Justice for the equality of the Children of God in view of the Last Judgment.
    Nature's god insists that Life stops here and that there is NO immortality: "Let's eat and drink for tomorrow we die, and nothing awaits us after death. Don't be missing out..."
    Jesus said man was born corrupted and can purify himself with the means God put at his disposal.
    Nature's god however holds that man was born perfect but got corrupted by government.
    We wonder If all the jails built across their lands are only for members of government.
    Nature's god is truly Satan who set out to contradict the True God on every single line!
    So If you are an American you should worry about the subversive nature of the American founding documents, America's Nature's god, and the fate of your impious founding fathers who worked hard to mislead mankind away from the Gospel.
    Enough of that circular reasoning.
    Please worry not about Islam; it has been around for more than 1000 years. I am just wondering If America would be around that long...!!! Worry about the disastrous fate of America, that house built in the sand...!!!

      Why do you think Mel does this?
      He can’t stand it that Islam exposes his three gods.
      He blames Islam for his incoherent doctrines.
      He thinks his silly video will make Islam disappear.🥴

      We pull all of the scriptures together, idiot. In the book of Genesis, it says the Spirit of God hovered over the water. David, says the Lord said to my Lord sit at my right hand until I make your enemies my footstool. In Psalms 2 it says kiss the Son lest he be angry and you vanish in the way. We take all the scriptures of the Old Testament. Jesus said unless you believe that I Am you will die in your sins. If you don't see it, then you are blind and stupid. Sam Shamoun has a full video on Old Testament scriptures proving the Trinity from the Old Testament. Just because that Christian didn't know doesn't mean all Christians don't know, idiot. Muslims don't ever listen. They are so stupid and brainless like their fake prophet Mohammed.

      The word Trinity is not in the Bible, but the attributes of the Trinity are well described in the Bible.
      Also consider that the word Tawhid is not in the Quran.
