CUT-Server in ONYX software

My contour cutter selection has only 3 options. How do I get more? I am looking for the iEcho cutter

I'm trying to put copies both across and down but for whatever reason it shows a gigantic gap in between each copy and the x and y gap is set to zero

for direct vinyl cutting only you say to save it as a .svg file. our software does not export as a svg so can you export it as another file for cut only? I sure hope so

rather than cut and paste i would just duplicate the layer.
