Harbert do you only to mace training or also conventional weight training in the gym? I would be awesome if you can maintain your body with only mace training.
Hey man, i cant fiind Mace/gada in johannesburg south africa where I am, can you maybe point me in the direction of how you make one and sizing and so on to start off with. Like im not sure how big to make the ball at the end, what material to use for the pole and so on... I'm really keen to start this kind of training but ya no where to buy these in SA
Yeah, check the other videos. There's a vid on how to make one. I just made my first one this week using a shovel handle (cut down to size), a large pickle jar and some concrete. Concrete cost $5 for the bag (i can probably make 3 more of different sizes), but the shovel handles are $8 new, so i have to look for other options for that... I'm a broke ass, but where there's a will there's a way! ... It takes a while to eat all those pickles tho... 😂
Or make one :) I made 3 in concrete yesterday using wooden broomhandles, concrete, a discarded flowerpot, a empty plastic container and a 1,5l cola bottle cut in half. They weigh about 2kg, 2,5kg and 3,5kg each. A Good start for me and the wife.
@@DrTransDickables i just made one this weekend with a shovel handle, a huge pickle jar and a quarter bag of concrete. ... Still waiting for it to cure, but i think i might need a smaller weight to start. This will be my first time swinging a gada - this channel is so inspiring!

It's slightly different as this one is made from stone and bamboo, which results in more weight at the end. In the hanuman gada the handle is heavier compared to the top, which changes the weight distribution. More possibilities with the hanuman gada due to that. However, most of the exercises will be the same.

You also can punch harder too. You can see his hip and his shoulder moving.
@flowing Dutchman, pratay is asking for heavy price for the mugdars. I think minimum price is 5k, which is unrealistic price in India.
