- My edit of my euro-trip! I tried my best to portray the fun I had, the awesome people I met, and of course, the jumps I did on my trip around Europe!
I spent a month in the UK then met up with my teammates in Germany and toured with them for a couple of weeks. Hope you like the video!

hey Rillas, I have a question for you. I was doing a cat leap into a wall and when I took impact my foot was sent back and I fell. I've had a Sprained ankle since them. any tips to get it better faster?

I love seeing female traceurs, now we have a good few of them that actively put out videos and vlogs. And even more training at gyms and outdoor seminars/classes. Just an example of how Parkour has grown, and how its able to overcome gender as well as race and age!
since I started to see your videos I wanted to start doing parkour.. but dont really know how to start with.. how do you start doing it???
It's good to work with strength, speed, and endurance. At the same time you can work on the basic landing, safety roll, and some easy vaults. Later on you can train more difficult vaults and precision jumps.
