Bambarakiri Ella Falls

Amazing waterfall located near Rattota, Matale district. The fall of this waterfall is about 10m and can be viewed from three parts. One at the beginning of the suspension bridge. The second view is from the middle of the suspension bridge. The third one is the most fantastic view after crossing the suspension bridge. During the non-rainy season, water levels are low and can reach the waterfall. Crystal clear pure water. Amazing and can spend days. Old fashioned suspension bridges can be a danger for kids and the elderly. So be careful. But, worth crossing it to see the pure beauty of this waterfall. The waterfall is located about 16km away from the Matale city centre (40 minutes drive). Also, on the way to Riverston.
