love these lessons! I play this tune, but when I heard this I thought "This song doesn't sound nearly as good when I play it!" Would you be willing to make a video on using pentatonic scales in improvisation? I enjoyed the video you had of playing pentatonic scales over tritones in Blue Bossa, but was wondering if you could go even more in depth on the subject.

Amazing; some of these chord voicing slightly confused me though (especially when you have used a note other than the root in the bass). I often find interpreting lead sheets difficult. Do you have any tips for being able to read lead sheets with more ease?
Are you referring to when he's playing rootless chords? If yes, familiarize yourself with chord voicings, which in practice are generally rootless for the bass player is playing the root Hope that helps.

Wow I never noticed the chart is wrong. Should be a C7 and I played C7 with a 13 and some other junk.... Flat nine I think.
