      @@PhysiqueDevelopment These are genious imho. Just came over some tiktok vid of a woman doing these, and I immediately realised how these are fantastic to overload the eccentric. I call it genious because they are obviously highly effective doing this. It's not so clear from your demonstration video with such a light weight, but you can really go heavier here due to the shorter lever arm. Thank you. Or thank Poliquin. What a genious he was. I have been doing heavier laterals with more bent elbows, and perfectly strict ones with almost straight arms, but it never occurred to me how they could be combined in this - when you realise it - obvious manner. Thank you again.

    I'll stick with regular dumbbell lateral raises

      We love the DB lateral raise! Just a variation that some could find useful within their training. Not saying this is better than the DB lateral raise.
