Breathing and Mindfulness Practice by Wei-Chien Lee, PhD, clinical psychologist
We all know that breathing and mindfulness practices benefit our mental and physical well-being, yet we often struggle to find time for them. Dr. Wei-Chien Lee will introduce and explain various breathing techniques, incorporating mindfulness to help us learn how to let go of inner worries.
The workshop is part of the Mandarin Emotional Well-Being Series held by the Chinese Health Initiative.
