Parker HIx more like everyone has a story that's supposed to make you feel sorry for them. Really the only two characters that don't have that kind of backstory that I can think of is Hidan and Deidara.

Then kakashi killed rin, and his father was killed before that. Then finally the fourth hokage/ his sensei was killed in order to protect the leaf village and his new born son naruto. But kakashi never became evil after those loses.
