FYI Use a marker to mark each drop with a number. That helps out a lot, or even write the location name on each pallet. Takes 3 minutes, but can save your Butt. Used to put off drops before GPS. Now that was fun, turn at the old Cottonwood tree stump. Then a right at the old house site, but the house is gone now. Then a left at the old Cotton Gen, you can see the lot it was one. But they hauled it off for scrap iron. That was fun a semi for sure.
@4:10 No idea how you secured all those little mismatched items !!! I never latched down anything wrapped in plastic. Does plastic wrap make it harder?
It makes it a little harder. I try to Secure the pallet that they’re on to the triler and then just throw one on top of the plastic wrap. They wrap them enough as to where they hold. The shipper asked if I could do that and I said yes. They do come lose a little and they do tare the plastic but the shipper and receiver didn’t mind because there tools and they will get used and banged up anyways.
When you say "receiver doesn't allow recording", that naturally wouldn't preclude you from taking pics of what you're delivering to verify no damage (or at least no more than when picked up), correct?
What do you think about the construction they just started on the West side of Rosenberg going down 90A? It's gonna be a while before they get it done, I'm not looking forward to it.
Construction is construction. I deal will it all the time here by 59 and brazos town center. As long as at the end it make thing better that all that matter. Just got to deal with it really
Those Brokers a little bit devilish they knew it was four stops that's Paramount in their thinking but they made sure they only advertise it is two until they got you Hook Line & Sinker huh?
This was actually a private order. When we got there they had just gotten 2 more orders in route and ask if we wanted to take them. To us it made sense so we took them and of course charged more.
@@MRMONSTERXP Now yah preachin. If you would my brother show us some side views of the load so we can get an idea how to distribute weight on those trailers sometimes the camera shots just show us front-rear. Thank you

So do you need a CDL to do this?
What I do yes but you can also do it without a Cdl there just more restrictions.
@@MRMONSTERXP : Thank you
I would like to talk you about getting into hotshot business. How did you get started. Do you have email or fb?
I suggestion looking for a company that is hiring and go from there learn from them and then if you like it and want to go on your own go for it
