The Neighbor is a good guy hes being the villain because he lost basically his whole family so he was desperate to have a family again and he’s trying to keep araon safe. The Mr. Peterson went missing because the cops were on to him when he trapped nick roth in the end of act 2 so he went to a different city or country. And our character ( i forgot his name) are investigating the missing of mr peterson and araon.
