Wow! what great views and sceneries of the old and historic looking part of Seoul! Are these people's homes? Would be great to visit there one day.
Some are homes but most place in Bukchon are businesses. You can stay in traditional house experience like guesthouse with host family there too for tourists
Korea is beautiful, was there in 70's as a Marine. And they are respectful and down to earth. I think you would enjoy it, just be courteous and polite.
So quite little village she says and important to kept as quiet as possible. If she was with me we would be waking the whole neighborhood up.

I would love to see more examples of Korean architecture, it’s really pretty. In particular I’d like to see historical/traditional buildings. I’m curious what the average Koreans views are on historical or traditional buildings as well...I know some countries prefer modern. I personally think traditional buildings are more aesthetically pleasing do to the craftsmanship.
