Not too familiar with Pai Gow but isn't the dealer supposed to deal around in order after each new hand. Seems like when you got a little run going on the dealer would change up the order of the deal?

As far as I know, the machine picks a spot to deal to first and then you just go to the end and back around. It’s confusing

There is a black circle on the table it's hard to see but it's to the players upper right it picks random numbers for where the dealer starts each hand

The dealer opens the hand every time at the end so you can see the hand played if you miss anything.

I think you won as many hands as you lost, so not unlucky.
The hands you lost were the bigger bets, so you lost money.
