Recipe Ingredients
Popsicles
•Vanilla Greek Yogurt
•fresh blueberries & strawberries
•sugar or honey for added sweetness
Rice Crispy Treats
•6 cups rice crispy cereal
•5 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
•3 tbsp butter
Sugar Cookies
•1 cup butter
•1 cup sugar
•1 egg
•1 tsp vanilla
•1/2 tsp baking powder
•3 cups flour
•3 tbsp liquid (optional, I use this when baking at a high altitude. Add a little at a time until desired consistency is reached: heavy cream, milk & water can all be used.
Buttercream Frosting
•1 cup butter
•3 cups powdered sugar
•1 tsp vanilla
•2 tbsp heavy cream (more or less can be used to reach desired consistency)
