Doing Canada Greenland and Iceland w/ her in July--trying their new solo cabins for this longer cruise--all these quiet spaces for viewing, reading and cross stitching are simply wonderful! Thanks for helping me get oriented and planned! We have a good number of sea days to take full advantage!🎉
Best class AFAIC. Mill built on Radiance hull sort of compromised it and Edge is full of stacked public areas and has a class system that has the Retreat people having prime real estate of the ship to themselves. Solstice has something for different styles of cruisers.
Hey Danny and Taylor. You know I can’t comment on a full ship walkthrough cuz my comment will be ridiculous. Gonna watch and enjoy. Thanks so much and see you next video
Great video! Most unintentionally intriguing comment: "Of course you always want to gamble responsibly, and if you're having an issue with that, make sure you talk to the casino staff. They'll take care of that for you." (???)
Good evening from a Venezuelan Mr Danny This comment a little off topic, but since you mention about your kiddo wanting a Xbox (since i'm very alert of the gaming industry) i would recommend the Xbox Series S and combo it with 1 or 2 years of Xbox Live Gold so you can, after you do so, take the 1$ deal for 3 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which also transform all those XGL months into XGPU months. I'll also recommend that you also purchase an External Hard Drive (minimum 1 TB but at least 2 TB is what i recommend) so you can archive games she might like to keep (and you have purchased) in the Hard Drive rather than uninstalling games from the console (specially when going into Cruises) since the console don't have that much of space on i't own SSD (none of the consoles do honestly) and games nowadays will take a lot of space, and since the Xbox Series S is an all digital console (not that it matters that much nowadays since the Physical Format is no more than a Executable at best and a key to notify the Digital Stores that you have a copy of the games and many don't even have the whole game on disc (cartridge if you have the Nintendo Switch)), it matters even more. of course you can extend the Consoles' capacity by purchasing an Special Thumb Drive, but those are expensive since they're proprietary Also keep in mind that Game Pass is a Netflix-style service. Every half-month period, Games get added into the service (with many being day 1 releases) but also Games are removed from it every half-month. So i do suggest you check Xbox Wire (Xbox's official blog) every 15 days so you can take notice what games are being added and what games are leaving so you can plan ahead of time in case one of those games that are leaving is actually a game your daughter (or even you) is currently playing or have shown interest in playing and purchase that game so she does not lose access to it in the long run (Game Pass subs get a 20% discount (which gets added to the final price if that particular game is also on sale on it's own) on the Xbox Store (and Microsoft Store on PC since XGPU does give you access to PC Game Pass)) I giving this info because of your daughter's interest. No commercial about it. Sorry in advance
The better choice since you get a portable console and a home console with the Kinect-like experience thanks to the Joycons. In that case i recommend the OLED model since it have that screen, that very stable stand, also those speakers and the integrated LAN port on the Dock. Of course it does have it's caveats. The only way to extend it's capacity from the base 32 (Lite and OG models) or 64 GB (the OLED) is by Micro SDs (i recommend to get the 512 GB directly); The Nintendo Switch Online (Specially if you don't add her into a family plan with 8 more of her friends or cousins so you can save up) (which you're going to really need not just for playing online (a good thing is that you'll need a smartphone to use the voice chat, so Toxicity is not that big of an issue but is a little detrimental if she wants to group up her friends (if they're far away) in games like Splatoon 2/3) but most importantly, Cloud Saves (those are real lifesavers because you can save her progress in some games so she does not lose it when the console gets broken). Not to mention the ability to play classic games from NES, SNES, N64 (if you have the + Expansion Pack tier) and Genesis (also, if you have the + Expansion Pack tier)); The Stick Drift problem; and, of course, the fact that many modern High Budget games don't come to the platform (the Switch is a console that uses tech from 2012 and so it's very underpowered when it comes of raw metrics) and if they do, some are Cloud versions, some justified (like Control, Guardians of The Galaxy and the A Plague Tale games) some are not (looking at ya Kingdom Hearts) Is that last particular Caveat the biggest reason why i do recommend to pair the Switch with Series S (or Series X or a PC) down the line, so she gets up to date with almost all games in the market. Right now, the only console i don't recommend is the PS5 due to many design flaws it have (specially when it comes of thermals)
I don't understand the real grass lawn in the aft deck. There's never anyone back there. Seems like a wasted space. Could use the space for something more useful.
Great presentation . i went 3 times on this ship ... worth every penny ...
Thanks for the walk through. We will be sailing on her twice in ‘23.
We just got of the sister ship Equinox and will be on the Silhouette at the beginning of the new year.
Danny from Harr Travel is the man !!
Wow what a great in-depth video, thank you so much!

We are leaving 2 Jan on the 9 night. Will you be on our cruse?

What ??
Bvlgari = bull-GAR’-ee
Bacio = BA’-chee-o (or BA’-cheeo as in one syllable)
I’ve studied Italian and I sing in Italian - you can trust me on this ☺️☺️
Spending way too much time selling suites????
This cruise ship decor looks dated and too dark, the staffs don't seem as friendly and bubbly as the Princess cruise line.
Definitely going to disagree there, Celebrity is definitely a step above Princess in quality and service. But both lines have amazing crew for sure!
