Poor man, I feel very sad for him. Work smarter and not just do hard labor. I think it is a culture and tradition that pulling these Taiwanese food vendor into a cycle of harsh competition and no way out. There are many ways to make a living than just becoming street vendors.
I think it is time for Taiwan young people to learn how to work smarter, develop brain power, learn modern skill to survive. The government should train their youth skills to become more competitive. Learning foreign language and internet skills can bring a much bigger world for Taiwan youth. This type of working condition and business model so wide spread in Taiwan which is very dark and depressing.
I can not help laughing, why so pessimistic ? My grand parents worked in our family bakery store (100 years now). My grandmagot up each day at 4:00 a.m, going to bed at mid night. I did hear my grandma said life was tough. but she laughed all the time, and she was happy to see me grow up while she was busy. WHY does the speaker cry over the tough life? Not NECESSAY TO BE so sad.

做麵赚的錢比在監狱的事簡單又稳定又有工作，他考上的是較小人要考的，而且才委任職薪水沒比麵店收入好
