Hi Robbie! It's always fun shopping with you and Brent. Loved seeing him holding the tray of plants. The window boxes turned out really pretty. The pumpkins are a great addition. I'm looking forward to seeing them after they've filled in. Freya is such an adorable supervisor. Thank you so much for sharing!
I LOVE the makeover of the window box....the colours are gorgeous! You're so lucky to be looking at another two months of growing season, while we're waiting for our first frost any day here in Ontario. I live vicariously through your and Janey's channels now until spring. You're lifesavers!

Love watching your channel! I had a battle with Aphids last spring and decided to use plain dish soap to kill them around my garden and lawn. It worked wonders! Spray the plants with soapy water every few days, especially on the underside of the leaves. One tablespoon of dish soap or castile soap per gallon of water is enough. Good Luck!
Thank you Robbie for taking your time talking. I could understand and follow your conversation just fine. 🦋🐝 🦋 I enjoyed your video today. I loved your purchases🦋💙🦋🐝💙🇺🇸
Tomato plant food is ideal as a weekly fertiliser for annual flowering plants, it encourages flower production which is what we strive for as gardeners
Those dark kale plants would be great with the pink petunias. Love the blue salvia with the pinks too. All so pretty. I would try some of those tiny boxwoods in that window box too. I’m enjoying your videos. Your garden is so pretty.
Robbie! When you planted your spring, summer plants l thought pretty but more for fall to me. These pink and blue for fall would have been great for spring. I guess it's a man thing! Lol!
Robbie, I have cake pops and what you are seeing there is the flowers at the end of their bloom, it was rare during the season that I’d see them like that so I just cut it back and it came back strong.
Just watched Janey's video and the willow tree you got them is growing Beautiful -- Great Gift😀👍 Your garden projects are coming along great!! Enjoy watching your videos!!
The flower box looks so bright and fresh ,wow. ...but the creeping Jenny and the dichondra Silver Falls look like a couple of old hippies that have been hanging around too long. They certainly need a drastic haircut and cleanup of dead matter to match those beautiful fresh plants. Why not just keep the dichondra and tuck the pruned creeping jenny into your flower borders to use next season in your flower boxes. The creeping Jenny will look a lot fresher after it‘s vacation in the garden...
Foxgloves are so easy to grow from seed as they’re biennial, they flower the second year. However, if you can get them growing now you’ll get flowers next year; get those bootstrap pots out again
i love bubblegum , i used it two years ago to u deplane my palm trees that i put in a heated greenhouse over our winters and i loved them year 1 but year 2 ( this summer) when we got them out of the greenhouse, the bubblegum was absolutely stunning and a show stopper!!! have a great weekend robbie and brent
Mums are not a favorite of mine. They just don't last. The flowering cabbage and kale will often last until Christmas here in WV! Pansies and violas bloom off and on all winter. Helps get me through all the winter gray.
Your flower box is my favorite color combination, lovely. I really appreciate your practical product recommendations. I just ordered the pop up bag from your Amazon link, but a smaller one for my tiny yard. Hopefully you still get credit for it. I also ordered the charming broom. I was concerned it was going to be too big when the nearly 7 foot box arrived 😳but “it’s fine.” My granddaughter loves it, she thinks it’s a witches broom and wants to ride around on it.
Robbie! How have I never noticed that adorable elephant behind your ear?? Ok, the window box looks amazing, I’m using pinks & purples for fall this year too. That hurt me to see all that Dichondra go to the waste bin 🤣🤣🤣.. also don’t forget that window box was GORGEOUS this summer! You did a fabulous job! That salvia is a beast. I have bushes of it in my garden! Love your videos!! Xoxo Ann Marie ❤
Robbie, if your having issues with spider mites and affids, by keeping the creeping Jenny and silver falls. Won’t that just be setting your new plants for infestation? ( a question I really do want to know) because my instincts is the get rid of all and even the first few inches of soil.
I agree, I personally would have removed them and cleaned the window box and started with new soil... but that's just me! Thankfully, I've never had spidermites , so I may be wrong as to the best course of action. Lol.
This year is the first time I’ve had spider mites!!! It’s been miserable. I’m going to spray my patio and area around to get on top of this… also hope the freezing temps will also kill any in the garden. I’ve been hesitant to spray because of pollinators!!!
@susanbusching8165 I also don't like spraying anything because of pollinators. We have had a lot of our native bumble bees this year, and I and my granddaughter just love seeing them.
Dear Robbie and Brent the window box is gorgeous … I love how shy Brent is 😊… this is unrelated to gardening but may I ask what is the symbolism if any …of wearing a thumb ring ?
Robbie start doing foxglove from seeds I to at $17 a piece and I wanted around 20 😮 so I started from seed and oh my gosh I had around 95 or more plants 😢 I had to give a lot away .
Robbie, put your mums in the ground...they will bloom again....cut them back after they bloom to take off all the dead stems and spent blooms....new growth will be there. Im sure they will love your weather more than my ridiculous humidity....ive had home depot mums in the ground more than 3 years and they bloom 2-3 times a year for me.

the window box looks great! Nice change and I love the mixture of fall with the summer annuals!
Robbie, I like the 5 white pumpkins no need to make it be mirror image and all matchy matchy plant in odds and pumpkin in odds🤣👩🏼🌾
I cannot understand why your channel hasn't blown up?! You have such great content!

Wow, $12 for ornamental kale. Bless y'all's heart, plants are expensive there. Love the freshened up window boxes.
Love watching your channel!

Brent I love what you picked up , the plants colors are gorgeous.❤ Great job Brent, Thank you❤
They look beautiful, but I'm so jealous. Here in New York, it's really turning into Fall and I very much dislike cold/winter/snow.
Tomato plant food is ideal as a weekly fertiliser for annual flowering plants, it encourages flower production which is what we strive for as gardeners
Thank you for that advice ,I will be trying that out.

I love plant shopping 😊❤
Robbie, foxglove is so easy to start by seed. There is a variety that will bloom the first year. It also self seeds, much cheaper option! 🌼🐝
I love the pink for fall!

Very pretty! Love the pumpkins!
It looks soooooo much better! I love that color combination.
I love the combinations that you chose. The little white pumpkins are the icing on the cake ❤
i love that salvia! mine grew so tall this year, and it’s been a favorite for the hummingbirds and bees 🥰
It turned out pretty Robbie great job👍😎❤️
Robbie, I have cake pops and what you are seeing there is the flowers at the end of their bloom, it was rare during the season that I’d see them like that so I just cut it back and it came back strong.
Brent does have a very nice smile, 👋🏻 Brent . 🌺💚🙃

I put mine in another pot for the winter , to use for another season! Creeping jenny is a perennial here in GA, zone 8
I cannot unsee “old hippies 😂”
Super into refreshing all my planters for fall. Love what you did here ❤
@@stephaniesharkey3538 Perennial for me too in zone 5B-6 in Montreal!
It’s going to be very pretty Robbie! Zone 3 Manitoba 🇨🇦👏🍁
Looks nice, Cuphea vermillionair would be pretty as well with the salvia and pumpkins. Dark leaf coleus as well.
Brent has a cute smile 😊 Love pink and blue ❤I use a Hori Hori knife. Looks so nice 😊
Looks great Robbie!
I like the felco pruning saw as well.

I would remove the creeping jenny... it looks messy. The allysum will trail and be beautiful.

Orange pumpkins would pop! Beautiful 😍

I love it!
why did you get spring and summer flowers for your fall window baskets ? just curious.
Next yea look at Celosia for full sun!! There are some fabulous varieties and despite our dry heat they never seem to be bothered in the slightest!!
Thank you for letting us know the prices 😊
Nooooo... not petunias again! It does look nice though and love the pumpkins. Can’t wait to see the kale
You picked my favorites Bubble Gum and Blue Suede shoes!❤ so pretty!
Thank you Robbie. 🌺💚🙃
It's Beautiful 😢 soooo Beautiful.
Everything you plant seems to have issues. Would you do a plant of the season series and up those counts for next year?
Not sure if the Bubblegum will Winter over since you're planting it in a container. 2 zones colder in a container
Trim up the creeping jenny ! It looks “ old” and takes away from the new plants!
PS: love your shirt! I think I follow that artist on insta. Didn’t know they made TShirts!
Dear Robbie and Brent the window box is gorgeous … I love how shy Brent is 😊… this is unrelated to gardening but may I ask what is the symbolism if any …of wearing a thumb ring ?

Robbie, do you decorate your house/porch for fall?
Love the new window refresh. Question: are you no longer working with Monrovia?
The flowers are so pretty! I'm shocked also on the price of plants these days! Kind of sad........

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wow $12 for cabbage! Their $6 here.
And $10.99 for those Proven Winners! 🤯 I guess at least they are perennial there.
I think your creeping Jenney would look better if it were a little shorter.
Why don't you go ahead a ND treat them for Bud worms?
