Sir Request ko sana lalo na ngayun duma dami na applikants tapos halos matataba di kaya panahun na para baguhin yung agility test? Gagawin nang "Calisthenics"? Imbis na
Pull ups gagawin nang (5 Muscle ups)
Imbis na push ups gagawin nang (10-15 straight bar dips)
Imbis na sit ups gagawin nang 6-7 toes to bar
Tapos included na yung 25kg
50kg at 3k run ano kaya para mas matibay yung mga nag aapply di basta basta mga applikante nun sir. Para kang nag train nang ninja before sumabak sa pag apply. At I assure you matitibay talaga ang product na bfp pag ganyan
