This was very easy to understand. My friend is a counselor. She and her partner are drowning a bit with business 101. Things like not getting paid from insurance companies, having too many clients, and organization. She just hired me to step in and help. I want to take all the weight off their shoulders quickly. Starting with how to get them money, they are owed. Lightning their schedule and helping with overall collections good and bad. I manage an orthodontic office. I imagine they are similar in these operations. I have ideas, but I want more knowledge. If you have any videos or sites you can recommend, I would truly appreciate it! Thanks for this video.
