Mercedes Vito Van Side Sliding Door Broken Roller Replacement How To

The roller on our sliding door has broken due to wear and tear, so this is how to replace it. Our vehicle is a 2009 Mercedes Vito Van 111 2.1 CDI.

To remove and replace the bottom roller assembly ~ remove the stainless steel track. This allows you to clean the inside surface of the track.

The instalation of roller is shown on the vidio, the camera just focuses on the machanic, so we don't see how is inserted to its rail.

don't grease them, then you get al sorts of muck in there, just clean it good when you are in the carwash

I would avoid exposing that area to water. Better to maintain it with a brush and vacume cleaner.
