Wow, I knew Kevin Lepage was an idiot for Lepaging the field that one time, but just dumping Jr 28 laps in to a 250 lap race (16:25) and being in a ton of other sketchy incidents throughout the 98 Busch season makes it clear this guy never had any business being a professional racer.
I should also point out he'd been hired by Jack Roush for the #16 Cup car by this point, so I don't see any excuse for him racing the points leader in the Busch series like that. What an utter dumbass.

I never realized the big one Buckshot caused could have easily been avoid. NASCAR decided to restart with 11 to go forcing a double file restart.
