I lived in Wiesbaden from 1986 until 1991. It was clean and the public infrastructure well maintained. I went to visit it in the summer of 2013 and by comparison, it looked neglected and a lot of constructions were going on in most of the city center. When I see it on this video of how it looks in August 2020, it hasn't changed a bit from my last visit. Too much dirt on the ground, lots of construction, and it seems that the streets are in need of asphalts/repair too. Hope that the city returns to its old glory sometime soon. I love that city.

I loved it. Will you drive through there again and visit places like Klarenthal and Dotzheim and Frauenstein next time? It would be a great driving tour too because of the tree areas

Tolles Video und auch schöne Videos auf dem ganzen Channel. Kleiner Tipp, der nur gut gemeint ist, weil es meine Heimatstadt ist. Wiesbaden hat auch hübsche Nebenstrassen wie z.B. die Adelheidstr., Adolfsallee, etc. Außerdem habe ich die Schiersteiner Str. irgendwie vermisst. :-) Trotzdem tolles Video! 👍

i worked at the usaf hospital in weisbaden in the 80s and it was great. it was still a divided country but the natives were friendly and the city was great, not too small,just the right size and very clean and nice. i stayed at the Hainerberg housing area in a two bed room apartment near the base exchange. the city was a ten minute bus ride away and very convienent. i have great memories of going to the many winefest around the city. i staggered home many a night...lol. I love that WEISBADEN..

part of the town has a US military base in it expect some of them to retain US Canada Style turn light signals front lamps unless they are converted to the European Union style

hey, great video. can you drive through citys in baden-würrtemberg? like: heidelberg, konstanz, freiburg, stuttgart, ulm, pforzheim. these are very cool citys in baden-würrtemberg. it will be great if you drive through these citys. My Favorite City is Konstanz because of Lake Constance.

Ich hab die Stadt noch nie so leer gesehen. Es muss nicht nur Corona-Lockdown gewesen sein, sondern ausserdem Sonntag.
Es sieht aus, als wäre die Stadt voller Baustellen, aber Ihr seid ja auch 4x dieselbe Strasse langefahren. Und entweder der Film wird zu schnell abgespielt oder Ihr missachtet die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung. Ich hoffe, niemand fährt so schnell durch die Stadt. Ansonsten weird, seine eigene Stadt auf youtube zu sehen 😁

Das war das Wochenende an dem eigentlich Weinfest hätte sein sollen, auf dem Schlossplatz standen die Wein-Verkaufs-Pavillons, wo die Winzer ersatzweise ihren Wein verkaufen durften. Das heißt, es war eigentlich grade Lockdown-Pause.
1:11 Restaurant rechts kann ich nur empfehlen ^^

18:17 wohne auch in Wiesbaden. An der Stelle sieht man rechts am Rand. Alle die rechts stehen dürfen da nt parken. Die Stadt hat uns 80 Parkplätze weggekommen!

Naja, 80 ist nen bisschen sehr hoch gegriffen für die Seite. Und abgesehen davon gibt es jetzt nen ausreichend breiten Bürgersteig dort und die Busse kommen besser und pünktlicher voran. Das alles war vorher nicht der Fall.

Bin sehr oft dort, katastrophaler verkehr in wiesbaden. Das Video muss wohl an einem sonntag gedreht worden sein, sonst wäre da ganz bestimmt nicht ein solch ruhiger verkehr.

Weil der Platz der Deutschen Einheit, das Viertel zwischen Bleichstraße und Wellritzstraße das Ghetto von Wiesbaden sind. Vielleicht deswegen!?
