What is suspicious is why YOU CHOOSE to ignore the oath you swore to uphold and way of life you want to protect, by violationg the amendments. That is the acts of someone with ulterior motives, and highly suspicious.
Barksdale AFB isn't that the AFB in Dr. Stranglove? lol ANd you are WAY WAY to nice to these guys.. and again is it legal for Military police to carry full auto weapomn s offbase?
sad how military police come off the base and demand ID when they have no authority... why would you need permission to take a video if it's legal in public...
The same reason you need permission to video or take pictures of celebrities, politicians, etc. Again, it is a RESPECT issue. Please respect people as you want to be respected. That is what is wrong with the world today.
I used to be stationed here and I was in Security Police. No way did we have jurisdiction on stepping outside of the base. The person filming this is in Bossier City which is not part of BAFB. I would have reported these people. If they do not want you filming anything that is in public view, they need to construct a 20' or higher fence around the entire installation.
I never understand the reasoning of stating I “just want to see who you are”, then “I am not generating any paperwork, I just want to know who you are” why would giving. Name make a difference, unless you do a background check and investigate and put on a report? Just knowing a persons name does not clear a suspicion. Ridiculous!
That should tell you right there that the guy filming is a liar. "I will cut and stuff you" is a ploy to get people to watch his video. He is a moron. No respect for our military or our soldiers. And, if he was in the service usually soldiers that worked classified do not bring it up and do not brag about it.
This actually in Bossier not Shreveport, and they have delt with many terrorist this is also the biggest military base in America. You should watch what base you roll up on.

Even though there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about him filming, either getting a rise out of the base security or someone calling the cops is the only reason said person is filming.
so what if there is some 1 on base that is going to blow up something and they are off base when they should be on base protecting the base not bothering ppl in public
and there's a reason the nco asked the video guy what he did in the army. he wanted to hear him say he was a cook or a mechanic because there's NO WAY anybody that served in any combat arms would be surprised that some fella video recording an ecp would be confronted in some way.
I love how they make a deal out of "recording their security procedures" as though it's top secret. I was an Air Force Brat and spent 23 years in the Navy. The Security procedures for the gates of all military bases have been exactly the same since I can remember. Cars drive up, people show ID and they are waved in if they are allowed or told to turn around and leave if they are not. Also (and this is not meant as disrespect to Military Police), It does not take a lot to qualify as a military policeman, the ASVAB score required is pretty low.
I'm with the citizen, they listen to our conversations, film us at lights without our permission and he can't film a water tower, just say thank you have a nice day sir.
As a Retired Air Force First Sergeant, I’m embarrassed. Have in hand DOD, Air Force and Base guidelines and read verbatim period. MSgt lost command of the situation.
As a NAVY brat I understand where this fine young man is coming from not being an ass but that is a military base if you stand across the street taking video I can see his concern tell him your name and show him your id you were trying to push his button not big brother just keeping his brothers and sisters and country safe God Bless them
You honestly have nothing better to do than to go around and taunt the men and women that protect our bases. Why didn't you go ask them if you could take a picture of the B-52 you might have got a completely different out come, but that's not your goal in these videos is it? You want to go around bases act suspicious then piss and moan when confronted. Just think about this for a minute these folks spend the majority of the year away from there family and friends just so the people they took an oath to protect can try and make them look like jerks. I've got a awesome video idea for you go to China, North Korea or Iran and film there base entrances and post that on RUclips .
It’s called OPSEC. People like this guy filming could be a threat to national security. It’s protocols they have to follow. I hate how civilians don’t know this stuff about operational security.
Just a heads up for everyone, there is actually a US code (18-795) that prohibits you being able to photograph military installations. The person in this video is in the wrong. The penalty according to the code is a fine or imprisonment up to 1 year.

SittingInDetroit Sitting in NE Michigan here. Remarkable that speech-to-text works at all with English. Glad you can use the help it provides. Ancient teachers like myself never seem to lose our red pencil.... but in my defense, many postings are authored by semi-literate folks, or ones who are just careless. And some of the typos are just fingernails on a chalk board to me. Best to you!
I try to look at the content and meaning of a post and not on the literacy of the person but thanks for reading. I have learned a lot in my life from people with little education.
SittingInDetroit Heavens, me, too! Not a snob. Have dealt with tens of thousands of patients and families from every imaginable background, and might have even been helpful from time to time. But, back when I was young we were drilled to take care with our writing. Then, correcting endless student papers, it became engrained. I seldom comment to ‘correct’ folks, and apologize that I offended you. Truce?
"The sign says no photography"
Nope, pretty sure the sign says one way. 😁
@Billy Leger The sign signed it. 😁
Yes Airman I can see the sign...It says one way! You might want to go that way since your stumbling over your words. David, next time speak slowly and use only single syllable words since we have t--shirts older than them.
Does anyone have an update???
"I don't think a terrorist would be standing out here in a bright orange vest."
"Oh, they do sometimes"
ALOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
Mark Lewis But he’s right about that, and although they don’t have to step off base they did. Which is a good sign for their CO, they were aware of a perceived threat while still dealing with incoming traffic. Terrorists are not just islamic, me I’m saying good spot soldier.
Yes they do, and they also are wearing a badge : i'm a real terrorist , i'm gathering content for a future attack. Anything I can see from a public sideway, is going to be bombed.
@@frankv8891 One day as a civilian, you'll notice things that change your perception for life. Have you heard the story about the Chinese student, who was taking photos of a naval yard? I'll leave it there, everything's a joke when it's a video.
@@rclanglais5263 sir. I've read all your comments on this vid. I mean no disrespect but,.....dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery. This has gone too far. The government is out of fucking control. What this man is doing is about the most polite way of pushing back there is. There aren't terrorists around every corner. This shit has got to stop. Peace man
Lol right? How many terrorists has Chairforce boy encountered?
It seems that everything is suspicious
Being in Burger King eating chicken that can be suspicious
Putting oil in you car can that be suspicious too ?
Leaving your cage to harass a guy with a camera over a hundred yards away I call that suspicious
Go back on base you’re about to give yourself a lawsuit why is he off base with a firearm
IRON60 BITCH military installations jurisdictions can and do extend to a certain point off the base.
JAMES FLEMING JR they’re off base in a public right of way. The public can photograph and record anything that the eye can see from a public place. You can not trespass the eyes,
Winston Constance I never said they could asswipe
Winston Constance that being said if you think an MP can’t make an arrest off post you are sadly mistaken
JAMES FLEMING JR How far is a military policeman allowed to leave his property and go out and arrest someone who is not breaking the law
Is security forces is the air force the equivalent of a commissioned security officer in the civil side?
What is suspicious is why YOU CHOOSE to ignore the oath you swore to uphold and way of life you want to protect, by violationg the amendments. That is the acts of someone with ulterior motives, and highly suspicious.
Barksdale AFB isn't that the AFB in Dr. Stranglove? lol ANd you are WAY WAY to nice to these guys.. and again is it legal for Military police to carry full auto weapomn
s offbase?
How many terriost have you arrested in a orange vest?
Master sgt rockin those wizard sleeves. Out of regs!
Wizard sleeves are in regs
Works at the circus part time.
These guys are defending our country we’re in trouble
sad how military police come off the base and demand ID when they have no authority... why would you need permission to take a video if it's legal in public...
The same reason you need permission to video or take pictures of celebrities, politicians, etc. Again, it is a RESPECT issue. Please respect people as you want to be respected. That is what is wrong with the world today.
10:01 MSgt is LYING HE SAID HE IS AN E-5 MSgt IS E-7 MORE BLOWING SMOKE.
SDVOSB LATVIAN CONNECTION LLC so is the guy filming . Classified mos? Doesn’t know what a dd214 is.
No jurisdiction off base....tyrants.
Poor innocent fool doesn’t realise he’s taken on Yoda!! 😂😂
They aren't innocent, they're TERRORIST
lolol ^^^^
That's master Yoda.
Jeffrey Loveless: Spot on!!
are they still covered by insurance after they have left they work place?
Poor air force guy just making up stuff as he went along, lol
He's everything we've come to expect from years of government training..
T B
Would you mind telling us why you felt little Tiffany needed to die?
I used to be stationed here and I was in Security Police. No way did we have jurisdiction on stepping outside of the base. The person filming this is in Bossier City which is not part of BAFB. I would have reported these people. If they do not want you filming anything that is in public view, they need to construct a 20' or higher fence around the entire installation.
I was surprised too to hear that the one guy was 40. He looked so much younger.
It’s Classified. 🤣🤣🤣
I never understand the reasoning of stating I “just want to see who you are”, then “I am not generating any paperwork, I just want to know who you are” why would giving. Name make a difference, unless you do a background check and investigate and put on a report? Just knowing a persons name does not clear a suspicion. Ridiculous!
Fishing expedition...
"Its classified i cant tell you"🤣🤣🤣 okay
"Photogenic"? Is he a soldier or an art critic?
“I’ve been doing this for a while” says the 20 year old.
When did he say “I will cut and stuff you”? Seems like a desperate attempt to get us to watch your videos.
I guess you also live here.
Tab Tora I do, my father was also a gate guard there so I know about all the threats.
Try 44th biggest FT Polk is way bigger than Barksdale
Brian Yount February 2, 1933 the base was dedicated the worlds largest airfield at the time. Sorry it was worlds largest not just U.S.
These morgans are protecting our country,do you hear how stupid those words are coming out his mouth. Our country is doomed
trump already turned it back into the USSR. Dictators don't leave.
I bet you are doing this country proud.... stupid
Hey David, what if you told them this might be a check on how prepared they are if you were casing the base ?
4:47 "they do sometimes" HAHAHA that made me nearly die of laughter
sounds as if there were a lot of terrorists out there...so many that he can say "sometimes (like 2 out of 100 that are out here) they wear a orange west" OMFG thats to fking funny
especially if you keep in mind that the dangerous ones are the ones you dont krow they are recording...I mean if you believe that their are rly hundreds of terrorist out there recording them HAHA
Even though there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about him filming, either getting a rise out of the base security or someone calling the cops is the only reason said person is filming.
Uhhhhh so where is the part where someone says “I will cuff you and stuff you?”
so what if there is some 1 on base that is going to blow up something and they are off base when they should be on base protecting the base not bothering ppl in public
They didn’t get the memo
Mike they got it but none of them can read it !!!!!!!!
What other's do not understand is that you can see MORE on Googlemaps than you can being in front of the gate
and there's a reason the nco asked the video guy what he did in the army. he wanted to hear him say he was a cook or a mechanic because there's NO WAY anybody that served in any combat arms would be surprised that some fella video recording an ecp would be confronted in some way.
Bossier City resident here- I appreciate your work more than you could know.
I'm from the shreveport bossier area and this just makes me sick they have no reason to come off post to talk to someone.
He still on post...bark scale Blvd is part the base..well the part that connects to base...
MSgt is E5 now?
I love how they make a deal out of "recording their security procedures" as though it's top secret. I was an Air Force Brat and spent 23 years in the Navy. The Security procedures for the gates of all military bases have been exactly the same since I can remember. Cars drive up, people show ID and they are waved in if they are allowed or told to turn around and leave if they are not. Also (and this is not meant as disrespect to Military Police), It does not take a lot to qualify as a military policeman, the ASVAB score required is pretty low.
That’s why we have piss poor police in this country who get jobs as such coming out of the military.
@Inconvenient Truths ooh, the top secret “Shift Changes” when th
How the hell did this guy score high enough on the ASVAB to even get into the Air Force?
I'm with the citizen, they listen to our conversations, film us at lights without our permission and he can't film a water tower, just say thank you have a nice day sir.
Lol MSGT literally knows none of the rules.
First 👍's up NNC thanks for taking us all along with you
As a Retired Air Force First Sergeant, I’m embarrassed. Have in hand DOD, Air Force and Base guidelines and read verbatim period. MSgt lost command of the situation.
"David" is looking for confrontation and he is good at precipitating it. This is mostly a BS kind of video IMO.
I think this guy might have some kind of intellectual disability, at 5:50 you can literally hear the hamster spinning in the wheel before he responds.
When they ask you if you have ID? As Southern as you can, Ask them ABOUT WHAT? HA....
'BOUT HUAT?
As a NAVY brat I understand where this fine young man is coming from not being an ass but that is a military base if you stand across the street taking video I can see his concern tell him your name and show him your id you were trying to push his button not big brother just keeping his brothers and sisters and country safe God Bless them
"This day and age" & " photogenic" *LOL*
You honestly have nothing better to do than to go around and taunt the men and women that protect our bases. Why didn't you go ask them if you could take a picture of the B-52 you might have got a completely different out come, but that's not your goal in these videos is it? You want to go around bases act suspicious then piss and moan when confronted. Just think about this for a minute these folks spend the majority of the year away from there family and friends just so the people they took an oath to protect can try and make them look like jerks. I've got a awesome video idea for you go to China, North Korea or Iran and film there base entrances and post that on RUclips .
Goodness i served 8 years in the army and this is embarrassing for our military.
Guys get back on base. You have absolutely zero authority to do anything off base. Off base, you are a civilian as far as the law is concerned.
I didn’t know you was in my city. I was waiting on you to come to Shreveport to do a video here...Good Job
Wish he'd expose these Louisiana Leo's and State Troopers lol
Do these soldiers who took an oath to become a soldier know that the videographer is actually standing on public property or do they even care?
Oh man, I thought that was going to go bad for a minute. They got an education and they didn’t even realize it... lol
Visited for training on B-52's in 1981. I had flown to Memphis Tenn. and walking and hichiked to Barksdale A.F.B. ( i.e; 40 miles).
Right at the end where he called you Dave, you should have said "Dave ?" and looked around for him.
"Dave...?... Daves not here man."
All I can think of is that Cheech and Chong skit.
Their IQ level is very disturbing.
It’s called OPSEC. People like this guy filming could be a threat to national security. It’s protocols they have to follow. I hate how civilians don’t know this stuff about operational security.
So why are you just standing outside the gate filming and taking pictures? That is super weird
Super weird and suspicious too but it was probably to get likes on youtube who knows this guy is a wanker.
Poor guy, his lift don't go to the top floor...
What about the dash cams on the cars driving up to the gate? 🤔
as a civilian, you should never be afraid to talk to the military bc just like police, they work for us!
Just a heads up for everyone, there is actually a US code (18-795) that prohibits you being able to photograph military installations. The person in this video is in the wrong. The penalty according to the code is a fine or imprisonment up to 1 year.
Nope that is only on base Not off
United States Chair Force
"Aim High"
"I've been doing this for a while" Kid's like 20 HAHAHA
He’s an E6... he’s been in for a while.
