I bet it’s not free. We never had to pay when I was growing up and had some of the best counselors and instructors on deck. Only thing we had to pay was 5 for any field trip we ever went on the everything else was totally free. Some kids parents are on drugs and need a home away from home who cannot afford to pay for places like this. The Comunity center in West Morgan Park is just as big as this center and it’s totally free. Smh
