Difficult to choose between the two players , who to admire more! I thank Isserlis for pointing out that Beethoven is about the joy in music. Brahms cello sonatas are great, but listening to this “elevating” music there are other elements in the cello sonata that open up a new world!

5:22 - It's just one separate note, it doesn't make such a difference. In this case, I think Isserlis exaggerated too much (about the difference).
6:00 - What a "sforzando" means in Beethoven is debatable. What a musician can interpret from it is very broad.
11:40 - Highly debatable. The word "Arpeggio" does not mean that the arpeggio must be maintained throughout the bar. This has been already clarified by Jonathan Del Mar. Besides, it would be like a kind of rhythmic improvisation... never seen in Beethoven.
    Good performance anyway!
