I found out the thanksgiving cactus has yellow pollen and the Xmas cactus has pink pollen in their flowers. And you have to get a fern leaf cactus. I love them! Even a small pot with only one or two leaves is stunning. They grow to about 2 meters! Sorry I don’t know feet!

I just tossed my peperomia hope for thrips. She just didn’t seem worth saving to me in the dead of a Midwest winter. So as far as poinsettia- I was given one as a gift and I love it. I’ve never grown one and probably never would have bought one for myself. But someone gifted me one and she’s perfect! Now I have to go to Ross to look for pots! Lol Merry Christmas!
My pep hope is in the corner with light from my AeroGarden & it’s on the top shelf so I don’t over water 😅 which is funny because I under water EVERYTHING 😂

Plant shopping sucks right now where I live the temperature today is 8 degrees, yesterday I bought a ric rac cactus and a really nice staghorn fern it was really full in a hanging basket. I didn’t wants those plants but I wish we had better available. I ordered some plants from Costa Farms and they were so cold damaged because they didn’t put a heat pack in the box 1 of them died and the other 2 are dying. Ugh I dread having to notify them.
Baaaaahhaa!!!! I just passed by that upland nursery today. Heading over to my godmothers' house I turned to the right of me as we were driving and said "HEY THERE'S A NURSERY THERE" guess I'll be visiting my godmother more often 😄

The Spring Cactus is the Easter Cactus. There are 3 types, the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter Cacti.
