Guzape is still a developing district, and there are villages and squaters everywhere so it's going to degrade the comparison. Not with the villages and encroachment around Guzape. Once its fully developed, then you can compare both.

Don't listen to that bogus claims!
Nigerians like to put people into boxes!
Tell them to mimic a Nigerian soldier and they will use a Hausa accent, giving the impression that only Hausas are soldiers in Nigeria!
Likewise, politicians, it might surprise Nigerians to know that as many people leave politics behind as those who might join it!
They also conveniently forget or do not know that people who become politicians have often had other careers or businesses before going into politics!
To most Nigerians , the politicians have been the same old people from independence in 1960 to this very day!
      Very very misleading mindset!
These houses here are owned majorly by private Nigerians from all walks of life!

With such massive houses, they still can't put electric gate that can be access with security Code and remote button to slide open when It is press.
Much is needed to be incorporated into Abuja House

Imho, Katampe Extension doesn't need electric gates.
I actually enjoy the fact you can ask a gateman a question about what is in a neighbourhood. I stayed in Katampe Extension and the gatemen were very helpful. An electric gate can't do that.

@@Priscaoriade To us in the diaspora, some of us have white people working for us,. So, it wasn't necessary for you to say that, I beg. We don't worship white people. No white man is better or more important than any Nigerian. You people need to stop doing that. You have no idea how these people discriminate against Africans in their country., and when they come to Nigeria, you guys act as if these people are your God? What a sad mindset. Please do not put these people above any African people in Africa, especially in Nigeria. You saying 80% white live there should never be a selling point of a neighborhood in Nigeria. NEVER. Stop reducing yourselves to the lowest to please your enemies.
