I always have a problem with glasses touching my cheeks so I ALWAYS use ‘10 Pairs Adhesive Soft Silicone Air Chamber Eyeglass Nose Pads, Comfortable Air Bag Nosepads for Eyeglasses Glasses Sunglasses, 2mm’ from Amazon! Get the 2mm or thicker ones otherwise it wont help!! The only down side is that you can kind of see that you put the pad from the front but I’d say it’s worth it than getting lines on my Cheeks! I hope this helps 😊
