All this DOESNT mean God sovereignly planned or caused evil or sinful things. To say God ultimately wills things like rape, incest, murder, sexual perversion or natural calamities, we're way off! Rom.8:28 doesn't say God causes all things, period. It says He causes all things TO WORK TOGETHER FOR GOOD FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM. Which means we can "find" Him and His purposes THROUGH it, so that even the evil or sick things we go through will still serve to benefit us spiritually and draw us closer to Him - ONLY if we choose to trust Him and hold fast to His love for us, not filtering God through the circumstances but filtering the circumstances through GOD. The former leads to offense, bitterness, unbelief, pulling away from God, etc., but the latter builds love, faith, rest, peace, joy, and deeper connection with God, etc. We have to avoid this perverted view of God's sovereignty that attributes even evil and sin to Him - that is so antithetical to His nature AND to the Word. God is light and in Him there is NO darkness - but when darkness or evil cross our path, we can find Him IN it (not behind it as though He did it).

I will ask this because it begs to be asked. Does child abuse originate in God? Or are you saying that in spite of what it is, it somehow the ultimate purpose for it originates in Christ? If so, that will take some reflection and meditation to take in.

Remember that there is evil that some people choose to embrace. I will recommend you read the book, The Shack by Paul Young, or you can watch the movie. It will give you some beautiful insights and medications to answer your question!!

Interesting that in this old video you misquoted Paul with "all of your " need(s)". I know you finally got it right because I have heard you reference that mistaken quote on the part of others many times. You never denied making it yourself. So I'm not making any kind of criticism here, just the observation that your progression is no less ongoing than anyone's! Deep peace, sir.
One more thing. As far as "a single eye", please look into "the way of headlessness". Something of value may come from it.
