    this lecture completely discusses how each of us, how develops as a person. I understand that having a great self-ideal, self-esteem, and self-image will be very helpful for us to be the better person that we want to be.

    After I watched the video. this is what I learned and this is what I realized about the video.
    Self-concept is a complex and dynamic aspect of human behavior that includes three key components: self-image, self-esteem, and self-identity. Self-image is an individual's mental picture of themselves based on physical appearance, abilities, and personality traits. Self-esteem refers to an individual's overall evaluation of their worth and value as a person. Self-identity refers to the way individuals define themselves in terms of beliefs, values, and sense of purpose in life. These three components can influence how individuals think, feel, and behave in various situations, and can be influenced by factors such as personal experiences, cultural upbringing, and societal expectations. By understanding self-concept, individuals can gain insight into their own behavior and emotions, as well as the behavior of others, which can be helpful in improving self-awareness, communication, and relationships.

    Sir Tracy, I completely agree with everything you said and explained about self-concepts. A strong sense of Self Ideal, Self Image, and Self Esteem is extremely beneficial in everyday life not just in work. Being aware of your limitations while remaining confident and enthusiastic about the task at hand will always result in a positive outcome.

    interesting and quality content, but whats with the awkward transitions?

    • @gudmundurrafngeirdalbragas1513
      @gudmundurrafngeirdalbragas1513 6 лет назад

      Schmanti : I’ve seen those transitions before and even in older material by Brian. It’s probably something that the film crew considers good to create some kind of an effect but it actually disturbes the high quality connection between us the viewers and that excellent teacher that Brian is.
