PIXimpefect has the best Photoshop instructional videos that I've seen anywhere. Unmesh goes into detail about the tool he is talking about....not just a brief introduction.
I seriously hope Adobe are paying you a tone of money. You could be charging access for your incredibly easy to follow tutorials. They would be worth every cent.
Great video. Gives so much confidence. One thing I like to always say in retouching, "There is no such thing as 'remove.' There is only 'replace.'" We never actually remove pixels, we only replace them. I always tell my clients to try not to tell me what you want out, but instead what do you want in its place? I'm delighted to see that the thinking behind this tool is the same philosophy. Especially as it comes to borders and lines and intersections. When we "remove" a person often what we mean is that we must "replace" that person with the wall and the floor. And this tool has that in mind...it becomes a way to create new wall and new floor but •also• the previously unseen junction between the wall and the floor. Brilliant. This tool is so much more than remove. Perhaps it might be good to think of it as "replace." Or even better, "reveal." What do we want to reveal is a better question than what do we want to remove.
Unmesh, you are doing a bang up job with the teaching at a perfect pace! The instructions are so easy to grasp and follow along. Keep up the GREAT work!
Wow, I am blown away by your Photoshop skills! Your content is not only visually stunning but also incredibly informative. I've learned so much from your videos and I can't thank you enough for sharing your expertise with the community. Your passion for design and creativity is contagious and I'm excited to see where it takes you. Let's keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible with Photoshop and continue to inspire others along the way! 🚀🎨
This is really a blessed and disguise to each and everyone in a row of learning photoshop.. In the world pure money,We are the happy generation to see a person teaches everything in an advance level for free.❤💌
The remove tool has quickly become one of my most favorite tools. I surely would have liked this tool when I was cleaning dirt and scratches from scans of older transparencies when I worked at NGS. It would have saved me MANY hours of work.
I don't normally comment on yt videos but your course is fantastic. With every new video, my excitement grows. Thank you so much for all your work. Have a nice day!
Thank you Unmesh. A World-Class master of Photoshop, you make a very complex application easy to understand. Thank you for all your videos and especially this series. Brilliant!!!
This tool is a game changer for my work. I had something similar already in another software, but not only was it not working as good, also this other software had many other limitations starting with the choice of formats. I just went over my desktop wallpaper collection and removed all kinds of smaller and bigger stuff and it is really so easy to work with. Before that i combined all kinds of different tools and it was a lot of work to get rid of little uglynesses in pictures. Its even perfectly suited to remove watermarks and so on, which is not meant to say that i approve stealing artwork but when i use for that example pics as wallpaper i think it is totally legit.
What a great tool. I used to spend a lot of time between clone stamp and spot removal get results that were just OK. Thanks for your clear explanation using real world examples.
I didn't know the Remove tool would extend a line. Thank you. Sometimes I select a rectangular area to remove a line that goes across the entire image. I turn off "after every" and dab one end and shift dab on the other. I wait until the Remove tool finishes and deselect. It works much faster in the latest release. On a separate issue, I found out that I don't need the Generate bar because once you select an area Generate is everywhere - the edit menu, after a right click, generate is there with content-aware, delete and erase, etc.
if you crop and extend the edge of the image, you can then use the the remove tool and it will feel in the empty space with, for the most part, a decent idea of what would be in that space. Its not generative fill but it does fill in a area better than Content-Aware Fill
Amazing! Please keep going and create practical lessons about more more features of Photoshop. May U always be happy with UR never-ending smiling face. I'm from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
I have also found that the Remove Tool is useful for images taken on a bright sunny day, where dappled light is falling on your subject. Dappled light can leave areas of the skin totally blown out. there are many approaches to fixing this, but the Remove Tool works pretty well in removing the blown out area and providing a reasonable first guess at the appropriate skin color. I find that it is a much faster way to get started dealing with these blown out areas from dappled light.
thank you for explaining both simply and in great detail. I just used it and it worked great, I did have to find it first. This will be my new go-to for sure.
Simply excellent. Thank you. I can’t wait to see this added to Lightroom (at some point). It’s great that Adobe is realizing that the goal is results in the shortest possible time.
I am an autistic creator. I mention this because I have some difficulties processing videos... I want to tell you.... You are a gifted educator I can't become a patron at this time.,. Cuz poor. But if I can help you in any way otherwise, please use and count on me. Gifted. Truly.
