The way it works: When you /e cheer it does an animation which moves your body parts. And if you move the character the animation will stop instantly. So how he did it is, he /e cheer and quickly moved to the longest hitbox possible while the hitbox of his animation while in the air and he walked.
1. You can do /e dance2 but great timing 2. when if its 0.1 - 2.6 u dont have to do cheer or dance, u have to walk and shift 3. a 4 - 4.5 studs requires freezing (seems hard enough) edit: i usually recommend doing a freeze when doing a 3.5 studs no jump trying to do /e dance2 :/ freezing
There is another way which i think is better just go to the wall type /e dance2 and click shift at the right moment the correct moment is like a dance clip.
on the cell phone there is a game where I skip this without walking even higher because when the button to jump buga I get close and I keep turning the screen then it jumps by itself, this is small

Another method:first reset and then hold jump until you respawn there you can jump without oressing space
Another way: put your back aginst the block, type /e cheer and enter it, once your in the air... try walking aginst the block

Basically you do an emote that makes you jump and then you turn
