I am writing a Romanian Gypsy Jazz song and I was wondering if this Anthology has a 7/8 or 9/8 option?

Hey there, sorry it doesn’t come with any odd meters other than 3/4 and 5/4. You can build patterns in either 7/8 or 9/8 but the rhythmic feel might sound off. You’d just need to experiment.

Not at the moment. 😬 I'm going to release an update in few weeks that will include a full PDF manual. The video seemed more useful so that's where I put my effort for the initial release, but I get that some people prefer a written document.
In the meantime, there is also a built-in cheat sheet to help you navigate the concepts of the pattern maker. From the pattern maker tab, if you click on the "i" button in the top-right corner, it will reveal the cheat sheet. If you get stuck, just send me an email through the contact form on the website and I'll get back to you asap! Note that the "i" button on the kit tab displays different information.
