Astro's Playroom has received a new update for the release of the new game coming in 90 days with new DLC trophies. As of now, only one of the five trophies is available to earn, the rest will become available in
The 1st riddle (Bloodborne) 90 days before the release of Astro Bot
The 2nd riddle 60 days before release 7th July
The 3rd riddle 30 days before release 6th August
And the 4th riddle on release day, with the fitting trophy description "Rescued all four Special Bots. Time to go off to a new adventure! "
You need to complete the final boss to unlock this and be online go to the tree stand next to the clock press options and put the date 24-11-2015
this riddle is a reference to the Bloodborne Old Hunter Release Date 24 November 2015

The remaining 3 bots are there, one at each level but there is no riddle. If you go to basement thru new portal of upcoming game you will see four spots for each special bot. The one from jungle will be there and the other 3 are empty yellow holding spots for new bots

The time-locked trophies literally make me not want to buy the new one. Having people come back to the game would’ve been more than enough.

This is such BS. This is not a riddle and not new gameplay at all.
At most it's an Easter Egg.
I can't believe I just wasted my afternoon playing, not wanting to "cheat" and search for the answer, trying to find an actual riddle, actual new gameplay.
I do not believe any actual player found that exact sequence by playing the level. Either a developer leaked it or someone reverse-engineered code. But not by randomly standing in the right corner and so on residuals entering the date.
That is not in the spirit of the original Playroom where you actually play through and if you miss something, go back and look under everything and you will find every piece.
It's not even Myst/Riven-level problem solving. It's literally know how to reveal an Easter Egg.
I really hope the Astro Bot game is nothing like this. The only reason millions are crying out for a full game is to continue to the love of the game play.
I am now CANCELLING my Digital Deluxe pre-order and buying it on Amazon instead with 30 day change of mind returns. If it's good, I can still return it and buy the deluxe anyway but can't refund the deluxe.
If it's really good, I might keep the physical copy since it includes a neat poster and it's 20% cheaper than the digital standard one.
In the meantime, my kids are so disappointed that there is no new gameplay.
However I love your short cuts of jumping up.

The clock thing makes sense since there's a clock on the tree and the date is related to the character, hitting the plant was probably by accident and was pretty stupid
